Kerala Parotta or ‘Porotta’ is one of the most popular street dish in Kerala and is enjoyed as a main course dish with curry. This layered and soft bread is made with all purpose flour or maida. In this video I have shared the recipe of layered soft Parotta which can be easily prepared at home.
