PART 1: Zulema Pastenes takes the stand in Lori Vallow Daybell case, reveals inner circle secrets 

Those people are evil..it sickens me to hear that Chad told Zulema she was a 14 yr old girl who was raped, burned and killed and was Lori's daughter in a past life..ironically Tylee was 16, Lori's daughter, and was murdered and burned, but was Tylee also raped?. Oh God I hope not..its just so strange to me that Chad told Zulema what actually happened to Tylee minus a rape..

She's sounds different here! She's not as pathetic as she's acting to be 🤦‍♀️ I'm pretty sure she knows exactly what happened.

Her halting, soft voice and naïve innocence ACT is beyond disgusting. Why is she not charged with aiding and abetting, accessory after the fact or conspiracy to commit murder. I hope she struggles to sleep every night for the rest of her miserable life!!

How these "witnesses" aren't charged with the same crime is a crime in itself. This isn't Justice. RIP Tylee, JJ, Charles and Tammy

Zulema is dogging it. All the um's, constantly drinking water, the little girl voice, talking slowly....watch her interviews by LE... vastly different. Alex's death is damn suspicious.

The worst part in all this is the fact that if they didn't kill the children, they would've gotten away with the murders of their spouses. The police should be held accountable.

Just when I thought Tylee's death couldn't be any more horrific, I hear Zulema's testimony about Chad telling her about her death in a past life where she was killed at a young age, age 14, SA'd and then her body was dismembered. It just got more horrific.

This Zulema knows way way more than she’s saying. How does one anyone not remember conversations of such people would say. No way she wants to be in court and especially on the stand. Her hesitations tell more than any words. Same as Melanie Gibb

I watched her interview videos with Chandler police after Lori was arrested. Wow , what a trip that was. I can't believe in a modern day world this craziness is rampant. Common sense gone plumb out the window.

This testimony would’ve taken half the time without her saying ‘umm’ every other word, So annoying!

Every time I hear an explanation from Zulema I think it can’t get any crazier. But I’m wrong. It does get crazier each time.

I’m a 55 yr old girl fascinated by true crime, forensics, body language experts, interrogations, etc. I’ve watched and listened to *a lot* of courtroom cases, testimony,etc etc. This case here takes the cake by a landslide. I’ve never seen or heard such *crazy* in my entire life. Just when you think it can’t get any worse, it does. They top themselves, again and again. CRAZY on another level. I divorced my narcissistic, manipulative, controlling, gaslighting sociopath ex-husband over 21 yrs ago and hearing this toxic, sick talk triggers my own ptsd. We’re not Mormon or churchgoers etc… I just had to divorce him to save myself and kids from his twisted manipulation

I really feel Melanie P, Melanie G, and Zulema should have been charged because they knew what was happening and did nothing but Melanie g on the stand said lori knew about the life insurance before they killed Charles and that's not true, and she was asked a couple times because the da knew she was incorrect idk how they're going to fix that oops, there’s phone recordings of when lori calls the life insurance company and found out she wasn't the beneficiary anymore and text messages lori was pissed!

This is a rabbit hole. It keeps getting deeper. Unbelievable that people follow people who believe this.

I'm following this trial and the Leticia Stauch trial also. I must say after hearing LS scream and rant for an hour, listening to Zulemas passive tone is like going into another Hell altogether. Her calm affect is so in conflict with the story she's telling us. Chanting and casting out demons! These calm and seemingly harmless women going along with this cult is mind boggling.

She could have saved all of their lives. In my opinion, she should be charged with conspiracy.

So next time you hear a mother earnestly express the desire that her husband and son should suddenly pass away, folks, just tell yourself it’s OK because they are not fully human. Stand by passively while the targets are both monstered, literally, as something less than human - for as we all learned in our school lessons about 1930s Germany, dehumanising others is a common way to make destroying them socially acceptable. As long as you yourself are very socially acceptable, nicely spoken, well dressed and polite, all is well unless and until the police actually come knocking on your door. If they do, then just carry on being polite and talking in a soft little voice like a nice timid person, and people will magically absolve you of all moral responsibility for giving open malicious intent towards a child a pass, day after day. Even after the father is indeed killed and even after the child disappears.

I was thinking to myself that this must be one of the most bizarre cases of the century, but then it dawned on me that when you strip away all the crazy, this case is about as basic as it gets. A married man meets a married woman and they fall in love/lust/whatever. Instead of divorcing, they decide to eradicate their spouses and in Lori's case, her children, in order to start a new life together. I seems to me that Zulema was trying to avoid saying that you had to destroy the body "with fire" because... earlier in her testimony, she had shared that fire had been attributed to her by Lori.

So why doesn't the crown ask about Lori calling her for help, stating that the persons' body was out but his head was stuck and that she sealed the forehead too soon and needed Zulemas' help, with Zulema agreeing to go help her. Also why isnt she asked about Zulemas' statement that she would be there when JJ dies, (in spirit) and would create walls so he passes through protected. The LE must have known about these messages. Something is not matching up....and there is so much info in how the PD was corrupt in actions in this case.

I am very curious ... was Lori Daybell emotional when Zeluma commented on how Alex all of a sudden realized he was the fall guy ... after all he had done for them? Did she blink? Did she cry? For the people saying she’s nervous, you’re wrong. She’s only probably spoken about this mess with police & she probably stuffed it the rest of the time. By telling the story, she’s reliving trauma but not in a therapeutic capacity, where she can process it all. So it’s probably hitting her really hard as she relives it all. After being brainwashed, it’s a very difficult and debilitating thing when you process everything and start to realize how sideways it all was. She’s trying to reconcile everything in her mind while being asked and expected to answer questions being asked in a language that’s not her first.

The false story about being killed and dismembered at a young age is exactly what happened to Tylee.
