The mystery has been solved this is the first known unofficial hack of Super Mario Brothers that was created using the Tonkachi Editor by the company selling it to showcase how players could creat their own Super Mario game. Some refer to these hacks and those that followed as Kaizo Mario and it paved the way for glitches and hacks of one of the most popular games in history.
