After watching both of your interviews with Dr. Redd is was SO hopeful his clinic might be the solution for me. Unfortunately the springville clinics communication or lack there of has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and irritated. I paid for the phone consultation, which they failed to call me until I called them (after being told I’d be called for my appointment) and it was over 29 minutes past my scheduled call time. I have NO idea who I spoke to as the dr. Never introduced himself, and the office still has not followed through with calling me back to schedule bloodwork (it’s been almost 2 weeks).

I have been fighting for 10 years to feel better!! I have sunk over 25,000 out of pocket just on the non conventional medicine route (thanks Wellness Way) We’ve had to sell our house and all of our belongings….This doesn’t include the thousands we have spent on every specialist known to western medicine and it just keeps on coming… the problem doesn’t just lie with the insurance companies it’s also the numerous medical docs that dismiss at every turn if they can’t prescribe you a solution… this kind of endeavor is an expensive one and I still don’t have all the answers and I continue to fight for them… I’m lucky though, but what about the single mom, or the disabled (bc of mysterious illness), or the young college student. $6,000 can be unattainable for so many!!! All this info is great but without a practitioner to help it’s almost impossible to implement.

LDS don’t drink tea or coffee. There is no direction for caffeine (thank goodness because chocolate is divine!❤)

Breaks my heart to hear you talk about patients sinking "thousands" into treatments when virtually every other wealthy country (and many many poor countries as well) has universal health care. America is so backwards sometimes!
