I know this is an old video, but I had the same issue and solved it. Your oil pump cover plate shield looks like it got hit by a chain that popped off the drive sprocket. Same thing happened to me. The cover plate applies downward pressure, so that there is a tight seal between your oil hoses and your oil pump. If it gets bent even a little at the point where it contacts connection between the hoses and the pump, you lose your seal. The oil hose from the reservoir to the pump is resting against the pump in the same way. They both require pressure form the plate in the same spot. I replaced my cover plate and it solved my saws bad oil leak and increased the amount of oil going to the bar and chain. If you're trying to save money you try using a punch and hammer to lightly tap the cover plate, just opposite of that connection. That might be all it takes to create a tight seal again. As others have mentioned, there is no need to use thread locker because the clutch tightens as you use the saw. That's why it was engineered "lefty tighty, righty loosey". Just rev it up and hit the brake and you'll be as tight as you need it.
David Gane You are correct it is badly worn and I used it and several old chains for another season before I replaced the drive. This video was about the oiler not working and how it affects the clutch.
