Thanks for showing the Cecal valve stuff and explaining how to do it to ourselves, I had some weird digestive issues for a month or so, not too long ago,I think caused by a change in my sleeping schedule, so I have been trying to keep that straightened out. I'll have to try both the valve release and diaphragm breathing exercise.

I've left the chiropractor feeling super high. I've been telling people that for years and no one believes me. It was a really amazing session and I've never felt it sense. It could become addictive it it happened after every visit. I literally remember sitting in my truck wondering if I should drive. Major body high. As George Thorogood says "when your mouth is dry, you're pretty high"

I am an apprentice with a local osteopathic clinic and have applied your techniques for first timers (guiding and explaining exactly what I am going to do and what would happen) great results with them thereafter. Also noticed that you use TCM and Ayurvedic approaches in your practice. That gives me confirmation that I do need to learn more and the more option I have on hand I can then, help my clients more. Thank you for your videos, am able to learn so much more about healing the human body.
