Came on RU-vid for real life understanding of BA. thats when I found you! I probably have watched 1/4th of your entire video collection already in 15days!! Ima gonna watch every single video of yours! its so crisp and precise. No fluff. Just wow! Now heres my question: I have been working & designing frameworks on Canva for about 5 years now, so Ima expert. My question is "Can I continue to use Canva for thee designing & wireframes instead of MS Visio and Balsamiq? Or does the software actually matter in the team work?"
I was recently asked a question about eliminating waste!! I’ve been a Tech BA for 3 years and that has never come up. They asked how I would handle it if there was a button on a program that call center agents could no longer use but we weren’t allowed to remove the button - apparently I answered it wrong lol but the whole interview was terrible…
