I assist and help on the cases and the victims Every one should understand that GBV is real, and GBV of any kind is unacceptable at every /any level, predators should be stopped, persecuted and jailed. Victims, including minors are to be protected. Sitting here and listening to Amber Heard’s testimony or worst to the cross examination and its lack of ground, lack of facts, contradictions, topped by her arrogance, … can only reflect so many lies and this is sickening. The worst is the discredit and the harm Amber Heard throws on real victims out there who have to deal with daily abuse and it’s consequences. There are reasons as to why things we knew to be true didn’t come out in the trial, also it showed that Elaine was way over her head with this case. The fact that she didn’t know what constitutes hearsay and business records.. Judge Penny had the patience of a life time. 😂

Watching this back, a year on, I am astounded just how incompetent Elaine is, I don't know how on earth Amber Heard thought she was a good lawyer, Elaine couldn't even work the microphone and even had to be reminded after 6 weeks of the trial. I read in another post of court proceedings like this, Elaine has been in front of the Supreme Court arguing cases. If that isn’t scary, I don’t know what is.

AH spent at least 2 hours extra court time by adding "that is correct" instead of saying "yes" and another 2 hours on just trying to explain away all the lies.
She punched him because her toe got scraped from trying to force herself into a room he was trying to keep her out of. And she says she punched him as a reaction. You get hurt accidentally from people I’ve gotten stepped on by my kids, my partner, my dogs, but I’ve never hit them in response wtf. Usually, most normal non violent people, would shout in pain.

That’s just one of AH gas lighting the jury on incident. JD already proved he’s the one that walks away or goes to another room/bathroom to get away from AH. JD said AH was pounding on the door so JD would continue the fight. JD opened the door and it accidentally ran over AH toe and he bent over to look at it which it’s reasonable that AH would either kick or push the door back which hit JD in the head. However when JD stood up that’s when AH punched him in the face. The hitting JD in head by door wasn’t intentional but the punch she meant to do that as she says in the voice recording.

He's certainly won in the court of public opinion. I don't know exactly how the law is written where this is taking place, but he has to prove he was defamed not abused or traumatized. There could be some gray area where the law doesn't recognize the timeline or intention of her op-ed. Hopefully the jury rules in his favor. She's a cold calculating Cee yoU Next Tuesday.
