Aww shucks Joan, you will make me blush! I’ve also had similar problems with fixion pens, I don’t use them now as it spoilt a quilt that was a gift.🙄 I have made a turtle quilt, you’ll find a video in the collection here, there are many pieces to that one! I am still adding to the whole quilt as it is a king size, I will be documenting that one as I do it, keep an eye out! 😊
Hello again - may I ask your name so that I can address you properly? You are SO clever, your hint about drawing a piece on the carrier paper is brilliant - thank you. Anyway, I did do something about which you will laugh, I used a Fixion pen to draw my pattern onto the background fabric - then when I went to iron the fabric on!! - well you know what happened! 🙄 Anyway, if one leaves it in the freezer for a couple of hours it will come back again, but obviously it is not clever to use a Fixion pen for this work. Your tutorials are so useful and so well done, thank you very much! Are you the lady that made the FC of the large TURTLE? Dozens of pieces of fabric? I love your work!! Kind regards, Joan.
