Thank you! I’m 14 weeks post op from a full complete proximal hamstring avulsion with a 5 centimeter retraction. It’s a difficult journey. I thought I’d be further along in strength building by now. But the loss of muscle is more than profound as you’ve experienced as well. Your videos are cheerful and great. Thank you. I hope you are fully healed!

Excuse me I would like to know if you can run normally, I am an athlete and I need to run I have 4 weeks of surgery I am very worried I am from Ecuador 🇪🇨

I can! I haven’t attempted to sprint as fast as I used to (that would probably take some work), but running regularly is back to normal 👍🏻
