I just moved to Costa Mesa--spent July 4th at Newport. I saw the statue and am presently working on a song for Ben. Exactly like Joe Delaney, there is nothing more touching than someone dying the way he did. Brings me to tears, just like Joe Delaney.
Really Loved this documentary, growing up in Ca, I am aware of the dangers of the ocean and appreciate the dedication and extreme danger that lifeguards put themselves in, totally unaware of what may be waiting for them going into each rescue🙀 They are extremely brave and intelligent people and in the best possible physical shape to endure the challenges they face. They are truly a Force to be reckoned with, and Grateful for👍💜
Nothing but respect. He was so dedicated. It’s just a shame he had to die. Sorely missed by his family and the community. May he rest in eternal peace♥️
