I am sorry sir, but I have ti disagree with you in some procedures, statements and explanations that you have mentioned in your video. I will save the other matters for the meantime, considering that your work in the video is pretty well appreciated by the viewers including me. First, the refrigerant condition in the evaporator (freezer) is at low-pressure, low-temperaure state. Not low-pressure, high temperature. Second, you did not mention if the compressor should be working or not if you are to re-charging a refrigerant in its vapor-state or liquid state. Another thing is, where do you tap the hose when you will do the liquid charging? This is supposedly a very imprtant part of your video. Third, vacuum pressures are not mentioned as negative if you are using inches of mercury units. They are plainly measured from o to 29.92 or practically 30.0 in. Hg. If you use inch Hg unit in vacuum pressures, it is understood to be partially vacuum . Negative numbers in partial vacuum are used as layman's terms if they are referring to SI units. Oftentimes they use 0.10 to 0.99 bar, indicating that it is below 1-bar absolute pressure. Fourth and final hopefully, in all aspects of analyzing the condition of a refrigeration system, it is always the pressure that we depend upon. Not the temperature, and not the amperage. Temperature and amperage readings only come handy as secondary to the working pressure. What do I mean by these? You should be using apressure-temperature table or chart to better understand if the system is operating normally or not. I would like to mention also as to how do you remove the charging hoses - the low side and the high side; is it while the motor is operating still or when it is turned off and wait for some more minutes? If you ought to teach other technicians the step-by-step procedures of charging a refrigerant system, I suggest that you please include them in your next video or if you will edit your video. I a m a person who appreciate people like you who put some efforts, time, and money to educate other people in technical areas like refrigeration. That is why I am giving comments such as these. Deep in my heart, my comments are well meant. Thank you.

Sir ung ref. Po. Samsung na inventer pinagawa q po dhil di na magyelo tpos ung gumawa ngkarga lng sya ng freon tpos ayaw na po umandar ng motor ng ref q.

Bagong Refrigerant na ata si r600a... kakabili ko lang ng personal 3.5k cubic na ref. R600 din siya at di siya inverter... salamat dito pinaplano ko din sa ref ko kapag nawalan ng refrigerant ako na magkarga.. same procedure lang din pala sa mga a/c sa work ko sa hotel..

@@rasssike5941 panuodin mo ulit kung paano nya I explain yung part ng evaporator, Never ka magkaka high temperature sa evaporator nasa part ka ng saturation or latent heat baka Superheated refrigerant pa pwd. Pwd mo din i search ito Superheat Subcooling Latent Heat Sensible Heat Saturation refrigeration cycle na yan =)

Ang ganda ng tutorial mo dto sir ah, sakto dto sa ref namin na nagleak samsung din inverter, my tanong lng ako sir kung tanggalin ko yung filter drier hinangin ko siya, diba sasabog yung compresor sir kc R600a nga yung freon niya pls sir sana mabasa muto at masagot tanong ko salamat ng marami, marami ako natutunan

Correction lang po, after po ng capillary tube/expansion valve, ang state po ni refrigerant is low pressure low temperature liquid po. After compressor/discharge linr pa po ulit siya magiging high temp/high pressure vapor.

Ang Kelvinator namin ay hindi rin lumalamig pinalitan ko na ng starter relay and overload, hindi parin mag start ang compressor, and suspetsa ko ay kulang ng refrigerant. May napanood ako at doon ako mag add ng refrigerant sa suction line gamit ang piercing valve with adapter. Tama ba ito Tol? Thks

sir ang pagkakaintindi ko sa refrigeration cycle pag nasa(condenser) discharge line o high side ang refrigerant,automatic magiging liquid form na sya then papasok ng capillary tube para macontrol ang refrigerant na maging gas form pag pasok nya ng (evaporator)low side at pag may nakalusot na liquid form refrigerant dun naman sya maiimbak sa accumulator para maging gas pag pasok nya sa suction ng compressor para hindi masira at mahirapan ang compressor na icompress ang refrigerant then another cycle na naman same process.thank you.

Good day po sir, thanks sa tutorials. 1st time ko po maka encounter ng r600 fridge, nakakuha aq ng idea dito sa inyong video na negative pressure sya. After ko mag hinang sa evaporator, nagflushing, palit filter. Nag initial charge po after ng vacum hanggang itinama ko na po sir sa (-1psi). Ok po sya hanggang almost 2hrs, bigla po nag (-20)?
Sir possible ba na may leak kapag vacuume pressurized, pero kapag high pressurized wala naman leak? Anu kea nangyayari sa car aircon system ng advi ko? Ganyan kasi nangyayari, nung nag vaccume na ko at observe ko for 5 minutes pa lang may bawas na vaccume pressure. Pero kapag naman kinargahan ko compressed air up to 50 psi sa low side wala naman leak kahit 15mins. Baka may malupit kang idea sir na lumusot sa kin hehe
