This is going to be a long review. I have taken the RE exam 10 times and failed prior to coming across Ms. Michelle’s RU-vid channel. My authorization was set to expire on 4/22/22 and I was desperate. After comparing all 10 of my failed exams. I come to figure out that I was failing the same categories each and every time. After, watching her videos, I realized that alot of the questions she covers are actually on the real exam. I decided to purchase the Cram Course and I’m happy to say that I PASSED the state exam. I give thanks to Michelle and her very useful course and video explanations throughout the course. I also learned that I was studying wrong. Please read and study exactly what is on the DBPR exam booklet. With that guide and Michelle’s Cram Course. You are sure to pass this exam. My suggestion is print all of your test scores and highlight what areas you are having the most trouble with. Then go back and study those areas with a fine comb. You’ll pass just don’t give up. Good luck and blessings to you

Took the Florida Real Estate Exam today. It was a beast of an exam. I used 2 different training programs until i stumbled on Magnolia. I was amazed that Magnolia with Michelle gave me the best training to pass this exam. I highly recommend Magnolia. Listened to the audio so many times, complete all practice tests, printed out the flashed cards went through almost the entire cram course except the 5 practice tests at the end I may have completed about 3 of three out of the 5. If you need help passing the exam purchase the cram course! I passed my exam today. 2nd attempt first attempt I missed it by 3 points 72% 2nd attempt 5 days later I passed cram course was way more worth it than the hundreds of dollars I spent at bob houghe. This lady is so great I actually listened to all her audio chapters in the cram course super helpful also take as much practice exams as she has . Use flash cards and the text study the vocabulary….So far she’s literally the only one that has questions that actually look like what’s on the real estate exam using the textbook was helpful but I feel like these practice questions are better the way how it’s worded on her cram course. I was able to get it when it was $49 but it’s totally worth WAY more without this I wouldn’t pass. I was a little nervous because I saw some people saying they took the exam over like 10 times and I really do not want to have to take it over again. I never leave reviews but I had to for this because it was worth it !

The course is now 80 bucks just in case anyone wants to purchase the cram course . This is as of august 2023 ( month I purchased it and so far it has helped alot ! )
@Danielle Davis all the questions I did for the most part on the crash course were on my exam. Worded very similar. I take mine again tomorrow. I'm hoping this has helped push me into passing this time. Especially without the stress of the online exam that kicked me off towards the end. 😒

Phenomenal teaching! I got 8 out of 10 here. I'll be purchasing the cram course on Friday :) My real estate exam is coming up and I'm just about through with my class and trying to "cram" it all into my head :D I am only nervous about the laws and formulas, I am terrible at math and the closing prorations and state transfer taxes are freaking me out I couldn't finish unit 14 exam :(

Hello, this cram course is designed specifically for the state exam. The Prelicense course final is always different than the state exam. That being said, a lot of this information will be seen on your Prelicense course final. But I wouldn’t use it completely to study for your Prelicense final. I would recommend studying very hard before your Prelicense final, because if you don’t pass it you’ll have to wait 30 days to retake it. Also, make sure your fingerprints and application for your license are submitted because right now the DBPR is taking about a month to process applications. If you get the answer correct or incorrect, then you can watch the video of me explaining that question in detail. I didn’t quite understand your last question, but if you enjoy the RU-vid videos, you’ll definitely like the cram course. It’s more of the same, but lots more lol. Don’t forget, if for some reason you are not happy with the course, I would refund your money. It doesn’t happen that often I’m happy to say. Also, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 to 4:30 there is an instructor in the office available to answer any questions about the material that you have.
