Pass the Florida Real Estate Exam! Here is the number one asked math question! 

Oh, My God! I took the online exam yesterday and I got the result this morning and...passed the first try! My friend suggested this video and I started watching it this past Monday 7/3/23, I took the online exam yesterday 7/6/23. In a matter of 3 days doing the practice test and watching the videos, I did it! I give credit to you Michelle. Your videos and the test materials are mostly similar to the test questions and your explanations helped a lot in understanding every aspect of real estate class. I signed up for the cram course on Tuesday the 4th of July and focused on all of it for 3 days. The online exam took me almost 2 hours because the system kept crashing, and I don't know why??? Despite the technical issues and not being able to go back to some of the numbers that I marked, I passed. Thank you, Michelle. You are amazing! Thank you, Lord!

In my opinion Michelle is the best Real Estate instructor in Florida. It explains all the material in a way that you can understand it... without so many technicalities, the material is specific, the flash cards and the audio presentation are excellent for memorizing the most important things. The explanations of the financial issues and calculations made it easy for me to quickly and easily understand all the mathematical calculations, something that I had not been able to achieve with the online Real Estate course that I initially took. I recommend it 200%, I passed my exam yesterday on my first try!

Im over the moon happy!!!!! I passed my State Exam today on my first try....Im SOOOO happy and relieved...I want to thank you Michelle...you are an AMAZING instructor with so much passion...My strategy was studying every day for one week, doing Magnolias cram review, re-taking the tests over and over, listening to Magnolias audio supplement while driving (I listened to it while driving to the testing center), checking off everything from the Candidate Information booklet, and going over Linda Crawfords Real Estate Principles, Practices & Law. If you really want to pass I HIGHLY recommend you buy her cram...the test is tricky and if you don't understand the concepts and the vocabulary it will be difficult. If you put the time in, you WILL pass!!!!

BUY HER CRAM COURSE!, ALL THE MATH PROBLEMS IN THE COURSE WAS ON MY TEST!! It took me 3 tries b4 I finally brought her cram course, after studying and listening to her math explanations, I passed on the 4th try

I took the real eatate exam and got a 68, then immediately after i failed i found your videos on youtube and instantly regretting taking that test before i found your channel. Then i benched watched all your material, studied a bit more and PASSED! Dont think i wouldve if it wasnt for you, THANK YOUUUU.

Michelle, I just want to thank you so much for everything!!!! I was advised by a family member to go through Gold Coast for the schooling then for the state examination. As of last night and this morning after taking all of their practice exams I thought there would be no way that I was going to pass. I kept getting 40's, 50's and 60's. I was having so much trouble trying to understand all of these trick questions... I was positive that I was going to fail. In desperation I started looking on youtube for instructional videos and found you. After watching your one hour and 45 minute video with 25 questions that will be on the test, I was blown away and bought your cram course. I went through the practice tests all the way up until right before my exam. When I took the remote state exam I flew through it!!! Maybe there were five questions I wasn't sure about. I took my FL RE exam and failed the first time and failed and got discouraged for a bit then got serious about studying again and luckily found Magnolia State of RE’s RU-vid. I listened to all of her videos a couple times and purchased her cram course which was sooo worth it. I took the exam yesterday and passed! I would say that she covers at leasttt 80-90% of what I saw on the exam in the cram course and after doing the course I was able to answer most of the exam questions confidently. Thank you Michelle! Also, I watched the RU-vid channel “Florida pro”- his videos are pretty good/helpful too

Michelle is the best instructor in FL. She is very organized and knowledgeable in her teaching. I passed my exam with her CRAM course(80% study is base on this) help, its clear and understandable, highly recommended for those whos serious about this career 🎉

For those of you that are not sure about purchasing Michelle cram course, if you are serious about passing, do it! I found Michelle's RU-vid channel a couple of weeks ago. I loved the way she explained everything. I purchased the cram course, studied for about 5 days. I just passed my state exam! It only took me 1 hour and 24min. First time too! I had only flagged 8 questions, that I wasn't sure of. Since I didn't complete the cram course, I'm sure she had those questions in there. I'm absolutely convinced that if I didn't find her course, I would not have been able to pass. Thank you, Michelle! I'll see you for my 45-hour post class.

So let me tell you. I finished my Sales Associate Pre-license course on 6/17/21. I still have a full time career that requires me to travel resulting in putting off my state exam. So here I am almost a year later having to take my state test. I purchased Michelle's cram course from her website. Her course is to the point and for me it made taking the state test ridiculously easy and I passed it on the first try almost a year later 5/17/22. They way she explains things can not get more comprehensive...I have never met you Michelle but thank you very much.

Listened to the audio so many times, complete all practice tests, printed out the flashed cards went through almost the entire cram course except the 5 practice tests at the end I may have completed about 3 of three out of the 5. Today 9/6/22 I'm so thank to you Michelle you are truly heaven sent I PASSED on the 1st try!! The material was not exactly but spot on! Thank you thank you!
