Great videos, I've watched a good amount of them. I noticed your mic constantly has different volumes or tones or popping (in this video (Words with P and S's make it happen a lot). There is a program called OBS Studio, people use it for streaming mostly but you can use this to record your audio and it has mic settings and filters. It will regulate your mic so that all your videos sound perfect in recordings. Just some feedback I thought I would share if you're interested. Keep up the great work! These videos are better than the classes my company signed us up for.

Thank you so much for your videos, they are super helpful. I listen to them when I drive. I been working in Non-QM Lending for 2.5 years. I had 2 months in Traditional Lending - WILL NEVER GO BACK. I am only wanting to pass this exam as a backup incase I need a "job" Also, for additional credential to what I am working on right now. - May make myself a Mortage Broker / Real Estate Consultant (as a business) just working with Investors helping them find loans for their investment journey and helping them through the fix and flip process - all the things I was already doing at my previous job. and this youtube channel where I'll be helping followers get their credit and money right, in preparation to purchase a home. The non-QM lending side is SO MUCH EASIER though. Sometimes I feel like it's a disgrace to make home ownerships SO HARD and complicated. So many folks renting homes and apartments doing just fine, but the government claims they can't own? Also it's easier buying your own investment property than to own, does that also make any sense? I can be unemployed and still buy real estate as an Investor. I want to teach single moms how to buy investment properties first, before buying their actual home. I feel like it's the only way I'll qualify without a Husband. 2 years of positive cash flow can be used towards the purchase of your personal residence.

Whenever we see "business days", is that a "general business day" or "precise business day"?? If I'm understanding correctly, general refers to any day of the week that the company is fully operational besides Sundays and federal holidays , and precise is any day of week besides Sunday and federal holidays regardless of being fully operational. SO.... when do we count/not count a Saturday?
