This woman's teaching style is immaculate, and I regret that I didn't do the 20 hours with affinity. I've looked everywhere trying to learn this on my own, and all I needed was a competent explanation. You can tell she cares. Very grateful for her, and very sorry she is no longer with us.

I should have taken this course. I went through learn mortgage and i'm basically reading a power point slide. No video, no audio, and i can't even copy the words to enter into a text to speech software.
you are such a good instructor. im using training pro right now for my license because ive heard good things about them. But a lot of the verbage is very hard and it doesnt really explain things in "lamen" terms like you. so im going to ask for a full refund and buy youre course!!! thankyou

I am nervous for the test...its all I have to do to get my license. I feel it would be smarter to take the test after November...would that be a good assumption? That way to get a whole year worth of licensing?...
Recently,my husband and I got a senior citizen discount on our 12 year mortgage. Our current interest rate is 6.5%. Is it a good idea to try to do a modification now or should we wait?
On a 5/2/6 arm, as I understanding that the rate may be as high as 5% dependent on the index, or it is 5% the first change regardless of the index? The on any changes going forward, is limited to the 2% cap.
wish i would of found affinity before i got Mortgage educators. dave luna sucks. i learn way better from affinity videos on youtube. i would of done there 20 hour course too if i known about them.
