Transformation idea: Sawed-off Hacksaw, Chainsaw, Bonesaw Isaac rolls around instead, giving him higher speed and a red creep trail, but permanent ice physics.

I can imagine a challenge that involves Lost Key, Pyro and Bomb Bag which involves you having to get lucky with finding a short path to the boss room before you run out of bombs. Seeing what this mod is like, I wouldn't be surprised if the goal was Delirium.
