Absolute perfection! Could not go wrong, getting out of the wild life, to be able to be in our comfortable family home. Plenty of room and yet not so overly done, you cannot handle it.
I LOVE it! If only I could uproot my family and move from Scotland to this home, I could live out the rest of my years in this beautiful setting (and I'm only in my mid 40s!). Get myself a nice woodturning workshop, and I would be in my own, personal heaven!

Passive solar system, you needed a break. I loved it! Your own reaction was priceless. Brad, Thank you for all the videos, and your personal touch. We will be retiring in Kentucky, and looking forward to it very much. Your videos and all the bits and pieces of info you constantly provide are most helpful. You are the best person for this. This is a place after my own heart. I like the kitchen, walk-through pantry, sitting room, dining area, enclosed patio and how they all connect. Great design on this house. And, oh, the attached greenhouse. Do you know how much this house sold for? Probably on the higher end. Can you or Ken provide the address too, so we can look it up on google map/distances to airport/between different towns. I am curious as to how Berea compares to Danville/Harrodsburg/Versailles/Frankfort.

What does it say when I’m looking at properties in the states and I haven’t even started building the house on my 10 acre homestead in Jamaica? I don’t have plans on moving back to the states for at least 5 years. So why have I been looking at these properties?
Is 30 acres going to cost $100,000?? I know, I know, this acres has a pond, fence posts, bacteria laden hot tub( they can take it with them, when they move). Oh, yes, a drinking room over the workshop. Holy moly, those steps up will put you out up or down.......no, this is a great property, for the rich.
Is it passive solar cause the sun shines through the windows. Yes these wood stoves will heat you home by themselves. In the general price it would be a tiny bungalow in the city, not this awesome sprawling privacy wooded playland.
LOL....Brad, you've never bought firewood before, have you? I heated my house in the country in VA during the 1980's, and back then it was $150 a cord. in the ciold winter time, a cord might last us a month--generously speaking, a month and a half. So obviously this will not heat their house all winter. It's a lovely property, and for the right client, it will sell itself, but be careful when you speak to be factual :)

Maybe we just keep our lawn mowed down tight, maybe we just eat a lot of garlic, but I am here to tell ya, if you roll around naked in high grass, you'll get them. I’m sorry but I am getting distracted to the point of annoyance because I’d really rather not have to listen to this guy speak while driving for minutes at a time pointing with his hand in front of the camera as if we can’t see whatever it is the camera is focusing on. Too bad, it seems like he has some nice properties but I’d rather find a less talkative videographer to view real estate with.
