This actually works. I saw my past life. I saw myself as an Young monk. I saw myself in my death bed. In real time I was crying but i was not sad , and both of my hands and my lower body part seem heavier than anything, just like the woods are being kept on my body in the past life . मुझे ये मेडिटेशन करते समय शुरू में तो सब ठीक से हो रहा था फिर बाद में दोनों पैरों में जकड़न और दर्द होने लगा। और ये दोनों बार हुआ। but मैंने अपने पास्ट लाइफ में अपने आपको किसी दूसरी कंट्री में एक प्रिंसेस की तरह ब्लैक एंड व्हाइट पिक्चर में देखी जो ग्रे कलर के लंबे गाउन में थी। एक देवदूत आकर मेरे सिर में ताज पहना रहे हैं और वो देवदूत अभी के लाइफ में मेरे हसबैंड हैं। आपका बहुत बहुत आभार।

Sir bht acha lga ... Mai bht immotional ho gayi. Mai pichle jnm me khud ko kaale kpdo me paayi aur mai ek purush hu bht kaale rang ki thhi aur ek gali me dekhi jo jalne k kaaran kaali ho gai waha ki diwaren. Fir baad me ye dekhi ki kisi safed kpde me ek diya purush ko bht sundr thhe mere sir pr haath fer kr gale se lagaye aur mai fir rone lgi. Unhe chhorkr aana nhi chahti thhi bt fir kisi ne aawaz diya jaise koi mera nam pukara raha ho.. Naam kuch aisa tha (Udukaa) something aisa hi lga. पहली बार ये मैडिटेशन किया धोडी ही देर मैं सिर के उपर बहुत दबाव महसूस किया इतना कि जैसे कोई सिर पर हथेली रख कर दबा रहा हो गरदन भी हिलने लगी डर तो नहीं लगा पर चौकस हो गई और घीरे घीरे गहरी नींद मे चली गई उठी तो विडियो बंद हो चुका था मेरा पहला अनुभव

Hi I tried so many to not get distracted between the regression but always something disturbed me I feel so angry!! The only thing I saw was that beautiful stairs I went down and saw a beautiful garden in there was a beautiful and big purple tree in went there and lay down and then got distracted. The fact is that I was small kid like 4 or 5 years old. I think it was helpful👍

Thanks prateek i had undergo my 5 past experiences and felt one common thing that the garden and staires whixh you mentioned, remains the same.... Matlab jo garden and stairs aapne mention kiye hain, wo imagine karne pe same hi rehte hai har baar mere imagination mei.... Baki body ka halkapan feel hua and baki kisi voice ka mujhe pata nahi chala.me past life regression ke baare me jaanta bahut pehle se tha lekin try nahi kia tha kabhi.... Haan last me ek baat.... Mei biopolar disorder ka patient bhi reh chuka hu jiske wajah se mere thoughts me clarity nahi aa paa rahi thi... Ab 2 mahine se thoughts me clarity aani shuru ho gayi hai... Aur kisi ke jaise dr. Ushma tandel ka meditation bhi meine kia hai par usme aisa lagta hai jaise forcely kar rahe hon.... Par aapke meditation kafi easy an helpful laga..... I did it first time. In between I think I was unconscious for sometime but after that what I saw that I was a village boy age around 12-13 yrs wearing white dhooti and black jacket. Than I went into a hut where my mother was waiting for me. She shown her anger and gave some food for eating. At last I saw I was lying in a bed. May be that was my last time but nobody around me.Alone. That's it. In the whole process I found my both hands were paining.but yes it was a mind refreshing activity. I want to know the answer of some of my questions. Hope will get later. 🙏🙏

Maine pehli baar apna past life regression kia aur maine dekha ki main ek gardner hu aur mera ex bf present life m vo ek Rajasthani dancer hai aur vo sach main bahut sundar lg ra hai ladki k getup mein aur main ek gardner hu aur married hu pr meri dream wife vo sunder dancer h aur i know from the first day ki vo meri nhi ho skti and present life m bhi mera bf muje chod k chla gya aur uske jane ka pain was unbearable tha kyunki ye desire to be with him ye bahut lifetime se thi and even in this lifetime we can't stay together and he is married now everything is making lots of sense to me .

Truly amazing. I could see myself in my mother’s womb. I could see the room in which I was born. My navel chord. When I went into my oast life, I could see myself as a tall big man with a hat and a big mustache. I could see my wife, my infant son. But that is all I could see. I don’t know if they are true. हरे कृष्ण अभी किया ये meditation, door के उस पार light मे से चलके गयी, वहापे मेरे चाचा थे जो बचपन मे गुजर गये थे, मे उनके गले लगी ऑर रोने लगी, बस रोती गयी ऑर पता नहीं video अपने आप pause हुआ, मे उनकी गोद मे ही बैठी रही, वो मुझे book पढ के story सूना रहे थे, फिर उन्होंने कहा अभी जाओ कल आना, फिर जैसे गयी थी वैसे वापस आ गयी कल फिर करूंगी ये meditation , कूच तो जरूर पता चलेगा. I remember getting deep inside my subconscious but I slept for over 12 hours after hearing this. Already did this 3 times in 2 days and I feel lighter. But I remember, I suddenly fell my body lighter and I was going up, lot of hazy pictures were coming. As I have been practicing meditation for many years, I know experiences will vary from person to person. But I sincerely wanted to thank you for this amazing meditation. I saw canal with stone walls, old yellow/off-white stairs with water damange and a river and a tree, i was standing facing the river and tree was behind me and a woman with purple kashta saree was filling water in a handa i.e a big vessel and i saw the face of that woman.. i have never seen her in my life.. atleast this life. She had dark complexion and brown eyes. I was skeptical when i started this meditation but it truely surprised me. Thanks :)

Mene Apne ap ko ek band room me dekha.. pura white paint kiya hua.. par darwaza nai khula.. bht sundar hoon me.. daal curly hai. Ek white makmal ke gown me dekha knees tak.. thodi der me dekha me hospital wale bed pr hoon aur doctors mujhe shock treatment de rahe hai.. fir ek admi mere pass baithe hai. Me unko puchti bhi hoon. Mujhe kya hua hai par wo sirf mere sar pr hath rakhte hai n mere ankhon me pani ata hai.. pls bataiye mere pichle janam kya meri maut ek hospital me hui? Shock treatment ke dwara? Pls reply
