Pasta alla Nerano is a great classic of Campania cuisine.
It is a real riot of tastes, flavors and aromas that involves all the senses.
As the name suggests, this recipe was born in Nerano, a small village on the Amalfi Coast, a pearl that you absolutely must visit at least once in your life.
In addition to pasta, this recipe is based on zucchini, basil and a local cheese, Provolone del Monaco DOP.
It can also be made with other cheeses obviously even if it would not be the same.
A fabulous first course with zucchini, with an incredible taste and flavor, the creamy sauce that is formed thanks to the presence of provolone is very delicious and will make everyone salivate.
Basil leaves give a fresh note as well as imparting a delicious scent.

Spaghetti 400 g
Zucchini 600 g
Provolone del Monaco 150 g
Basil 2 tufts
Garlic 1 clove
EVO oil 4 tbsp
Peanut oil to taste
