Quick garden update and I'll make a delicious rapini pasta dish also called broccoli rabe from my garden fresh rapini.

Directions:
You'll need
Olive oil
1 lb (453 grams) Pasta
2 bunches of Rapini greens cut and washed well
4 Tbsp of small capers
14 garlic cloves minced
3/4 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste
and salt to taste. Serves about four people.

Good job Pete! Our family doesn't mix the pasta with the Rapini, We add knobs of butter to the pasta when done then toss with Parmesan, plate the pasta, add Rapini on top, with more cheese and olive oil, garlic bread is served so you can put the Rapini on top, Cheers Pete! 😊

I make a delicious soup using Italian sausage, Cannellini beans, onion, red pepper, diced carrots, Rapini, Orecchiette Pasta, chicken broth, etc. It is delicious with crusty bread and shaved parmesan cheese. Love your garden.

Awesome again Pete, have you found a place to buy soft wheat non gmo wheat seeds. I'd like to grow some here at my farm, and keep the heirloom seeds going...?

Thanks, I did search Italian websites and found some there but it was during the pandemic and almost impossible to have it shipped here.
