How to Make Turkish Pasta with Yogurt Sauce | Yoğurtlu Makarna
INGREDIENTS
For yogurt sauce:
3/4 cup plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
For butter sauce:
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp red pepper (or 1/4 tsp chili flakes + 1/4 tsp paprika)
1/2 tsp dried mint
For pasta:
1 cup pasta (any kind)
Boiling water
Oil
Salt

Looks good, just one thing.. pls don't waist oil in the pasta cooking water. Drizzle it on top later, that way you could actually taste it

@@koseku3 white paste and brown pasta are the same, it just changes the amount of fibers which is higher in brown pasta. Italians eat pasta every single day. White pasta, and it' s the second nation in the world who has the eldest population.
