Yes, I am a victim of burnout. I agree with what you are saying. The church government matters alot. I went beyond burn out and I blew up. God bless you.

there's a time when satan can't hurt you in the offense so he gets behind you as Jesus said "get behind Me satan" so as he gets behind you he start to push you to work harder have to discern.

I find it is hard to rest when other leaders/elders in the church fail to rise to lead in your absence and thus you can hardly ever get away for rest.

I tested the work of my own hands .. I can do good but evil will be right beside me. I try to let things be done in secret .. but I still walk in the light. I have drawn away from church and what we deemed spiritual . .. finding that it was not.. we hold our own account of spirtuality that to the church was deemed non spiritual .. I went under sown by dishonor .. and God raised me in His grace and mercy .. honor and His glory. .. I can go back ... but honestly as much as I've seen God working with me I wouldn't change it for nothing .. it wasn't ever a burnout on God with us .. He will never disown us even if we disown Him . Rather having a full blessed assurance of our salvation instead of being tossed by every wind and wave . 🌱

It really isn't as much as I've seen God working for me .. but working through me .. and many others .. reaching others that were near and bringing even closer the ones that are far .. speaking to generations to come . I see the point of edifying the church as the body of Christ.. and denying ourselves and carrying the cross .. it's the sin that will keep us away .. but our faith in the blood that renews the spirit inwardly even though the outward is wasting away . Jesus brings new life .. we may have to go through trials and temptation in our sins just to find it . Don't be deceived. Ever sin started as a thought. Grew and made it's way into the heart and gives birth to sin which gives way to death .. it may not be phyically killing us some sins .. grieve the spirit of Truth. Comes with collateral damage and hurt others than ourselves . God's judgement is just and final ... we either new creatures in Christ or still in bondage to sin. But the only way you will even realize that .. is if your a new creature in Christ.. otherwise we are blind leading blind. Both will fall into a pit.
