but what about the yrs rodgers wasnt there? whats the excuses then? remember Saleh was 20-36 for a 35% winning percentage. remember he had THREE PLUS YEARS to prove himself. y’all actin like he Belichick its just wild
remember, everything that's happened this season up to this point is also 100% on Rodgers Saleh's defense was holdin it down, but Rodgers offense with his drinkin buddy OC literally isn't even better than Zach Wilsons
@@blessembreaks yeah Saleh wasn't great as a HC, but tell me.... did Saleh draft Zach Wilson? did Saleh trade for a pass rusher who wasn't even gonna report to the team? did Saleh give full control to a washed up diva has-been who literally can't even out produce Zach Wilson's offense? did Saleh hire the biggest hack of an OC in the league because Saleh wanted to, or because Aaron demanded it while a spineless organization caved into every one of his stupid demands to give jobs to all his old buddies? isn't Saleh's defense one of the BEST in the league while Rodgers offense is one of the WORST? how far will people like you bend over to NOT acknowledge what a disaster Aaron Rodgers is
yeah it's predictably pathetic to watch them twist and squirm in every possible direction to avoid acknowledging the *obvious* fact that the problem is Aaron Rodgers this show used to be good back in the day, but ever since Pat used one of his "up to somethin big announcements" to just rap a terrible Bud Light commercial at us then tell us all to go buy Bud Light, it was easy to tell this is what they were gonna become... the Aaron Rodgers Tuesday interviews are some of the cringiest displays of blatant ball washing we'll ever see
y’all actin like Saleh was Belichick ffs. the guy had 56 games to prove himself and a 35% win rate. 20-36 and y’all are actin like this is some travesty smh
@blessembreaks Ummm he did had Zach Wilson at quarterback for his first 2 years and only had Aaron Rodgers for only 5 game this year. This is not Robert Saleh fault at all
@@Kings0424how is that not his fault? lmfao. imagine going into a job interview saying hey this personnel sucks its not my fault if we dont win. but u should still hire me even though i have zero faith we can win
@@SKVLiN3 remember Saleh was 20-36 for a 35% winning percentage. remember he had THREE PLUS YEARS to prove himself. Yeah lets not hold Saleh accountable AT ALL y’all actin like he Belichick its just wild
Hard to believe after all the players and coaches Aaron wants Aaron gets, that Saleh wouldn't still be there if Aaron said he wants him there. Silence is also loud
Its actually funny, because since week 1, Saleh's defense has given up an average of 13 points. Meanwhile, Aaron can't string together a couple of drives to win games and is in fact helping the opposing defense out by throwing picks to them. So, the Jets may have actually exacerbated their problems with this patsy firing.
Not sure why all these folks in the comments automatically assumed Rodgers is powerful enough to get his coach fired. Here's a hint guys...the owner is a former UK ambassador. They went to England and got the owner embarrassed in front of his friends. Ever seen a rich guy get embarassed before? Usually someone ends up fired. This time it was the coach.
Let us count the ways. A Ron took a $30m discount. Got his Green Bay buddies on the Jets. Adams continues to be rumored to be traded to the Jets. Got his buddy nat hackett hired. Jets didn’t fire Hackett despite simple and unproductive offense. Tried to hire a Hackett supervisor but nobody wanted the job. There’s more but I’m tired
Q-Aaron strikes again. Packers' management deserves credit for having the nuts to no longer allow him to tank their culture and hold their team hostage with his ego and declining play. Aaron forced the team to acquire a terrible offensive coordinator & inconsistent players just because they're his friends. His play has declined since his last year in Green Bay and he is constantly blaming others even though both he and Hackett have tanked the team's chemistry. Saleh crafted great defenses that have been wasted by Zach Wilson, Nathaniel Hackett & now, Rodgers. Once the Jets centered their whole team around him, they had no chance.
goofballs like you are so desperate to invent nonsense....he's worn that patch several times as the NFL itself makes them and encourages coaches to display their heritage (Belichick wore Slovakia patches, Sirianni wears Italian patch etc etc) but a couple bozos on twitter notice it for the first time and think they uncovered some big political message or something, then bozos like you go around blindly regurgitating it lol yeah cool, good work
You guys are starting to become part of the problem when it comes to Aaron Rodgers tbh, he’s your friend so you’re never gonna put him in bad light especially during these moments while also giving him a platform to speak and lie to cover his image and you guys just run with it cuz again he’s your friend and you wanna keep him on the show for your ratings like you do coach bill. Do better pat lol
@@joeynickles7962 yes , he’s the HEAD COACH. He’s responsible for everything scheme related and on the field. I’m not saying no one else is responsible but to say he’s void of blame bc he’s a “defensive mind” is wild. And that’s the whole point. He can’t lead the team
@@J0N.C0M the point is this move does nothing to fix the problems on the offensive side of football, which tells me that this move is more about internal (and possibly external) politics than it is about actually solving the problems of the New York Jets, which are mainly problems with offensive play calling and quarterback play. It might make certain people in that building feel good, but that’s not the standard by which football decisions should be made.
@@J0N.C0M Salah had no control over Rodgers, hiring Hackett or any of those players Aaron brought over from Green Bay. He probably pushed back on trading for Adams too and that was the Final straw causing Aaron to fire him.
5 games with Aaron Rodgers, and the offense still produces at a Zach Wilson level but yeah, fire the coach who built and ran one of the best defenses in the league, while retaining the guys responsible for having a bottom 5 offense lol but good luck getting anyone on this sellout show to acknowledge that
If you don't wanna blame Rogers and Hackett then fine. I'm not sure how you don't but fine. Can anyone tell me what firing Saleh actually does to improve the situation?
The firing was personal.. Woody Johnson did it himself without even telling the front office and he had security escort him out.. something else happened that we don’t know
Rodger’s gets coaches fired. Especially if Rodger’s doesn’t like him which it’s looked like all season. Just watch them talkin to each other. They barely look at each other. Rodger’s is in charge there
Stop CYA yourself concerning Rodgers especially since you pay Rodgers to appear to on the show Rodgers playing running interceptions he’s is old & looks old somehow is avoided
he's worn that patch several times as the NFL itself makes them and encourages coaches to display their heritage (Belichick wore Slovakia patches, Sirianni wears Italian patch etc etc) and spoiler alert: Saleh is Lebanese but a couple bozos on twitter notice it for the first time and think they uncovered some big political message or something, then bozos like you go around blindly regurgitating it lol yeah cool, good work
7:30 what is this guy talking about they come out flat every week that is coaching. not only that but rodgers is gonna get hurt at this rate and be out the rest of the year the team is not prepared. the guy was a fool and a cheer leader they did the right thing.
I hardly watch pat cuz he is a clown but Jets fans were delusional when they thought Aaron Rodgers was going to take them to a Super Bowl. He as washed his last year in GB and I think Saleh cud have hired a better OC when Zach Wilson was there but I don't put any blame on him for the last two seasons. They can fire whoever they want but Aaron's offense is washed too and they are never going to fix these issues as long as he is there. Tbh I don't know if they will win as long as Woody was there but pulling up the stupid stats about being outscored and penalties shows nothing about Saleh cuz he had a horrible qb the whole time. I'm not a Saleh fan but I hope he gets another chance to go to a good organization and shows how things cuz have been different if he wasnt coaching for team with the most dysfunction in the league
EXACTLY. Im not a Jets fan, im a Chargers fan but the media making the rounds i.e. Rich Eisen, Mike Florio etc trying to make it sound like this doesnt make sense, like it accomplishes nothing. Gimme a break. The man had a LOSING RECORD. He had years and years of opportunity. They actin like the Jets just fired Belichick ffs. Saleh is not a good head coach and NOBODY can dispute that. But the media is gonna media. Cuz they need something to talk about, they need u to click or tune in.
