I like when people care about doing a good job, and at the same time don’t worry about their boss. I feel like people who care what their boss thinks don’t do the best at their job
Especially when their boss isn’t the person whose opinion isn’t the one that matters if the job is done well. What’s Pats boss matter? His boss only does a good job if Pat makes the company money not if he like Pat personally
@@youdub7926it’s like a mutually beneficial partnership. They put probably the hottest guy in a time spot that needed money making. Pat gets to still own his show but gets to have his guests booked for him and use those ESPN connections
ESPN may not own pats show, but they are partners and pat uses their platform. He 100% has to listen to them. He even says he reports directly to somebody
@@youdub7926he said so in this podcast. Less work on him. An example he game was his show being on like 10 different stations or something across the country. If had to do that himself it would’ve taken hours and hours of work whereas espn just takes care of it for him. I get why he’d take a pay cut if it really lightened his load
You couldn't be more spot on about the college football playoffs. I mean I'm sick and tired of hearing NFL fans saying they wished they only had a 4 team playoff, or the NBA fans, or the NCAA basketball fans complaining about the tournament and how it's destroyed the game. I mean every single division, of college athletics has a playoff in the major sports, you'd figure they'd wake up since they're all clearly wrong and Div 1 of NCAA Football is the only one that had it right, well at least according to the pundits at least.
First off Arron Rodger’s Tuesday doesnt continue when the playoffs start. That’s when he takes a break from the show. 2nd ESPN doesn’t own pat nor the show. He’s said that many times.
We have a 24 team playoff already, just copy that and add in your bowls at the end of it. Nothing wrong with expansion talk. Think global, not local when it comes to business. NCAAF is a business first and foremost.
You're lying when you say Pat "went off again". Trying to get clicks. Get better at your job. He stated plainly what happened at his place of work. Stop trying to use buzz words to make your videos better.
My funds get direct deposited. If I want to see the particulars, I log in and look at the graphics. No name and no check. If you were trying to make a point, you didn't.
ESPN is licensing his show. Pat owns the show. If you own a property and you rent the use of that property to someone else then that other person is paying you to use something you own. Is your renter your boss or are you your own boss who gets paid by someone else? Convince me that a landlord is actually an employee of the renter.
@@drinkingpoolwater Has anyone in history ever left Disney's employment without a problem? They'll make sure he can't just go back to youtube without consequences. That's how they operate.
Saying that it matters to this dude if he like Pat is how we know Pat is doing a good job is like saying Bidens a good president because the CIA likes him and not the voters. Pat doing what the viewers think is the best is what matters not if Pat is liked by some douche bag dude at espn.
When they fire his ass, he will find out. As for Mecole Hardman, there's no evidence he gave anyone a team's gameplan, at least not now, just sour grapes from former Jets players. It's also hilarious that you don't report Hardman's statement saying that his didn't leak anything and the Jets have provided no evidence.
PAT DOESNT GIVE A SHIT IF HES ON ESPN OR NOT. HE MAKES MORE MONEY NOT BEING ON ESPN. STEVEN A SAYS HIS SHOW IS #1 I BET PMS SHOW STARTS HAVING BETTER NUMBERS
If this Wlliamson guy has no power then how is he saying guests can't come on or not. ESPN must hold him in higher regard than it seems. Why get his story out if he is being protected. McAfee having to wait on a meeting for this guy that gas no power. I think he is valued more to ESpN
I knew him on ESPN wasn’t going to work. With their current culture they are like oil and water. It’s a matter of time before he’s done there. But I get that was a lot of zeros for him to turn down.
