😢 Yeah.. I haven't watched any of free releases since the episode they pulled from RU-vid..... I feel like you have to do too much detective work to see what "Free" episode they were wearing those clothes... and then try to date the mindset of the climate the topics were discussed. I'll watch just a few of the Patreon's where the guest wasn't on the regular pods .....

Glad you're feeling and doing better! Start praying more, have faith in Jesus and reject all those negative thoughts that make you sad, mad, worried, feel bad about yourself, life and things going on! Know that you can change your life to be what you desire and practice being at peace with what you can't, training yourself to think from a place of gratitude in everything will change how you look at those things not in your power to change and from you changing that alone, will change those things you can't change.... us changing thoughts, perceptions and actions automatically force the things around us to change from cause and effect as well as action and reaction! Finally, always remember that circumstances often feel permanent, unending, brutal and some seasons can last for years but it is just a season and seasons change so you will get through it and you're in control of how you go through it, you can decide to make it worse, better, easy or harder, work with it or against, make it shorter or longer..... choose, peace, contentment, action, happiness, gratitude, to learn, evolve, accept, to forgive and love on yourself and your life! Choose to forget the past, regret, shame, guilt etc. I promise this will help you immensely! I no longer have anxiety or panic attacks, depression spells, stress etc. I no longer allow myself to think on certain thoughts, I have been training my mind to think a certain way and thanks to Jesus I have been delivered from it, I rebuke those spirits and thoughts from having power in my life. I have been much happier and healthier! Certain things haven't changed like where I live, who I love with etc but everything has changed and is changing because I have changed and am changing me! I have also changed certain things I watched, listened to, be around and how much of these things I consume so monitoring that has helped as I realized they were triggering my ptsd and stuff! God is so good cause me turning and crying out to God was a vital part to me getting the help, answers, instruction and healing I needed to know what all was wrong and how to fix it! I don't even take my meds anymore! In March I was in a manic episode for weeks at my breaking point and after turning to God my life has changed completely and I have never been better and things are only getting better on top of not having any episodes of anything since! I only have episodes of praising and thanking God now, praying and reading my Bible, listening to songs and watching testimonies now. 102.7 is the bomb! Made a gospel Playlist once I realized the worldly music I was listening to was adding to the depression and stuff. Check out Delafé testimonies, randy Kay, Richard Lorenzo Jr etc. Great channels! ❤ I wish you the best. Take care.
