For those concerned about people commenting on the wife's teeth: Her teeth might have a small but significant role in her staying with this jerk. SK appears to be such a looks-based culture that it's only natural that viewers of HC such as myself would think she needs to get braces which, for real, aren't that big a deal. BUT, in this case, fixing her teeth might lead to people treating her better, which might lead to job opportunities and a chance to earn her own keep - so not only will she no longer be dependent on husband (I've been there and it sucks), but she'll feel that since she can pay for a roof over her head, now she has the right to tell him what to do. And y'know what? I bet he'd do it. Her teeth have nothing to do with her looks and everything to do with her financial situation. Besides, she's cute. ETA: the woman @12:25 is life

I've seen a lot of problematic husband stories on Hello Counselor, but this is the worst by far! He dug his own grave 4 minutes into the video.

If he's suppose to be the head of the family, captain of the ship or whatever metaphor he was going on about why must the wife do all the changing first? If he's the leader then he should lead. To me he is just full of excuses. I think he may be punishing his wife partly because of what happened with his ex and he probably knows/feels she won't leave.
