They also used a few coverage disguises on Brady, which worked a few times but broke down at the end. Like at 10:06 to 10:11, Burnett (number 43) bailed to a deep zone which slowed Brady down on his read and led to the INT. But late in the 4th quarter, the Steelers tried to use that disguise again, but it completely backfired, which led to that huge strike at 12:25. You can even see Burnett bailing to the deep zone. His ability to read their blitz packages, fake pressure looks and find the holes in their zone coverages made him a very difficult opponent to deal with. We're talking about a future Hall of Fame QB here and one of the best to ever play the position. However, things have changed. The last time the Steelers faced the Pats they outplayed them as well, even though it resulted in a loss. So much so that Brady himself admitted they got away with the win. The approach has changed, Pitt started playing a lot more man coverage and bringing more pocket pressure with the line and the effect was immediately noticeable. Brady can expect this type of game from the Steelers until the day he retires.
