This song was recorded in Studio "B" owned and operated by Owen Bradley with the "A" team of musicians and the Jordanaires that backed Elvis Presley with Patsy Cline at the mic. The studio was a one room recording studio with portable sound walls to separate the instruments and the vocals. Usually Ampex recorders cut the master tape as the song was performed. I am certain each person in the room knew this was going to be a major hit as it was in 1961. It is still as fresh today in 2020 as it was in 1961 when I first heard it in Tucson, Arizona in my Dad's car!!!
I remember as a 4 year old boy in 1961 hearing this song on the car radio when it became a hit. It is still the best in December of 2020, her talent and voice so clear, never will grow old!!!!!
Pasty Cline is still great I met Shanna Fredericks who acted as pasty Cline back in 2016 she was nice sounded just the real pasty Cline 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
