"Easily" depends what quality you want the end result to be. Yes, the software has import capability from any photo. But for it to actually look nice when stitched out, and to be enjoyable to stitch and not changing color every other stitch, it will take time to manually clean it up to be as good of quality as a store-bought pattern would be. I can add this to my list of future videos, to show an example of importing a photo and some of the techniques I use for cleaning it up.
