Both songs also made the Top 10; "Lonely Boy" peaked at #1 {for 4 weeks} on July 13th, 1959 and "It's Time To Cry" reached #4 {and both records spent 15 weeks on the Top 100}... Mr. Anka celebrated his 72nd birthday three months ago on July 30th...
Its incredible how the girls went crazy over Paul. He was a very handsome young man. I notice that Dick Clark thought very highly of Paul. I believe that he was very admired & respected by the top celebrities in show business, because Paul was so young and such a good composer in addition to being a great singer. He was special.
