In this video Paul Belasik breaks down each of the lateral movements so you can understand how the horse is expected to move in each one of them. Once you truly understand the goal of each movement and how it looks when it is done correctly. You can then apply each of these principles into your own training.
Then to challenge yourself start to combine each of the movements.
An extra special thanks to Paul Belasik for lending us this great video! www.paulbelasik.com/

I think there is a little bit of a tiny too much bend as I see clearly 4 tracks instead of 3 tracks at certain moments.

It was very well spoken and described remember he spoke about flaws in the movenents, if you are a beginner you need to see both the flaws and correct movement in order to train your eye. I can be critical of almost all videos in some way, perhaps that isn't the point, it is very easy to be a critic and when we reach perfection we won't be here anyway... we will have already ascended...

I feel like all of his riding is a bit rushed. The tempo is too quick.
