Paul George, who was supposed to simply be the 2nd option dragged that team to their only conference finals. You can only truly blame Kawhi and the FO for why this team didn't pan out. Great talent but too injury prone to be a first option or even in the starting lineup imo.

The blunt of the blame for the clips failing shouldn’t be put on PG. Everyone expected him to be the clear second option to kawhi, and when he was a first option he has often times exceeded expectations (I.e taking them to the WCF and taking the suns to 6). If anyone deserves blame, it’s Kawhi’s injuries
The bubble I definitely blame pg. kawhi played 1 bad game when they blew that 3-1 lead but the whole team was terrible in 5,6, and 7. But the rest of the time definitely Kawhi being injured
@@trackmaster3009 I get that but if that’s the case I can say kawhi literally wouldn’t be the same player if he played hurt. Everyone has their reasons. But they’re professionals and they know what come with this
He could be good in Dallas, since they need another creator who can defend, however there's probably a cheaper and younger version of PG on the market.
Og Anunoby is not the creator PG is but hes a much better defender at this point and is a comparable shooter. Most of all hes likely cheaper (although he'll still likely get overpaid by whoever gets him)
The Warriors through a sign and trade is the best option for PG. It allows him to check a few boxes: 1.) Remain close to home, 2.) Play with a non ball dominant Hall of famer, 3.) Weather is important for older players so that eliminates cold cities, 4.) He compliments Steph by adding a defensive guard next to Steph, and 5.) instant contender.

He’s gonna have that role on any team he goes to. He doesn’t have the ball handling ability to be more than that on offense. Unless he wants to go to some bum team obviously
No team wants Lonzo. He hasn't played in over 2 years. Just because he is coming back, doesn't mean he will be the same calibre player, or even consistently available.

This is a deal I'd do. But a sign and trade with OG like the video suggests wouldn't be. I'd rather keep OG. If possible to get both why not. It will fuck the knicks with money but roster wise Brunson, PG, OG, Randle and IHart with Donte, Hart, Deuce and whoever off the bench would be a real threat

(Half way through) I think the best move for PG is to come back to Indiana. They're a super young team who could use the veteran presents. Plus his shooting and shot presents would be well received on the team.
People talking like PG the reason Clippers lost to Dallas when they haven’t watched the series they should have 4 stars out there Pg isn’t going to show up every game and that’s when other people are supposed to step up.He had 3 good games and 3 bad ones
nah george and harden rlly did terribly against the mavs im ngl. I was surprised. Especially the last game it was very lazy and it looked like they just mentally gave up. So personally im not surprised

As a Knicks fan we good on Pg, Og younger and a better defender. Pg old af with no rim pressure he’ll rather crossover into a heavenly contested 3 than attack the basket.
I think the Pacers or Magic would be great teams for him that make sense he can be 2/3rd option with a young star to carry the lead role and help take them to that next level in the east and get paid well prob 2-3 years deal

I actually think that 76ers is a good fit for Paul George because if he joined the Philadelphia then they'll be better than most of the majority of the eastern teams because the competition in the east is pretty weak, there's only 2 teams or 3 (if Giannis and Dame can figure it out) but there are only 2 real title contending teams and it's the Boston and Knicks so if he joined in the west he can go for a ECF appearance meanwhile if he joined the Warriors then it'll get more harder to win a series in the west because they have 5 teams who are a title contender so I'm pretty sure that Philadelphia is a great pick for Paul..

Realistically. A team should give PG a next in the first year and then half the contract every year after. Just so your not paying max money to a 38 year old. 40,20,10,5. A 4 yr 75 million dollar contract is plenty for PG

Clippers fumbled this season when they didn't make a trade. Their bench was the weakest link, they knew it, and did nothing to improve the situation, like trade PJ, Bones and someone else to get a quality shooter or versatile player like PJ Washington. Whether they sign PG or not, their problems on the bench are still there. And their best players are over 34. They have assets on the bench. It's time to use them.
PG13 for LaVine, one to one trade, now that the Bulls are blowing it out :P Can LAC trade PG for OG? This doesn't look right, contract wise. Other expiring contracts, Miles Bridges and Klay Thomson. PS: And a curve ball, PG13 for KD in 1 to 1 trade or three way trade for Suns. (imagine Russ, Harden and KD for one last dance)
PG has already proven he cannot perform up to a championship level in the playoffs as a second guy - the knicks were the 2 seed last year and went farther than him in the playoffs why would they want him and how would he get them closer to a championship?
Imagine if kawhi goes crazy this next season, hard carries the clippers to a ring and gives harden and russ their first. Keep imagining , year after year : (
Kawhi got lucky getting drafted to a great org the spurs and now he can’t even play on this broken down organization that always has way to much expectations. Sad for pg
As good as Kawhi is WHEN HEALTHY………he hasn’t been been to ………BE HEALTHY. PG is the better option long term. Given that Kawhi is a champion trading him NOW while there’s still value would be smarter.
