@@lewisbracken5520 let’s see how you sound when you are 82. The fact that he still sounds great and several generations after the Beatles can still appreciate his music is a testament to how great he is. Not a source for criticising him.
Didn't get there that night, but have been to the Cavern a couple of magical times. If you're a Beatle fan, this is Mecca .. or uh, rather Macca, a must do bucket list thing. The entire city is enveloped in the vibe of these four guys, and when you go, you will never forget the feeling. Oh, and last time, we stayed in the Hard Days Night hotel, in a George room.... wonderful times.
You can tell he feels so comfortable performing at one of his original locations! I was at the Cavern for the first time in August, 2023 and the energy and vibe you feel here is unbelievable. What a night! When you go, you must order a double Whiskey and Coke - a very Beatles drink in the 60's. :p
I was there at the same time ... August 2023... It was amazing that my 4 year old daughter could be there and enjoy the Beatles atmosphere .... an absolutely experience for me and my family
PAUL IS 81 YEARS OF AGE THESE DAYS ,BUT HIM AND RINGO HAVE NEVER FORGOTTEN THEIR HUMBLE ROOTS BACK HOME ....NEVER !🎵🔥💥😭😭😭😭🙏💖👏👏👏🐐🐐🐐🐐LIVERPOOL FOREVER,RIGHT PAUL....I LOVE YOU MY FRIEND .....LEGEND !....BEATLES ARE HERE TO STAY ......FOREVER 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭💥🔥🎵🏴💖👏👏👏🙏😱💐
Paul's voice was pretty darn good for this concert... at age 76. Love that we got to see Paul add a new lyric to "I've Got A Feeling" at 25:00. "I've got a feeling... a feeling deep in my soul. I've got a feeling... a feelin' I can't control." Never heard him sing that part before... Great stuff!
He's 76 here. I'll consider myself lucky if I have so much energy at the age of 50. The one and only, the legend of all the legends - Sir Paul McCartney.
@@jasonmardoniomeza1711nothing to do with money. He’s a positive person who eats right and is surrounded by people he loves, and most importantly every day he gets to do the thing he loves most: play music.
His best vocal performance since 2013. So nice to hear him like this again! (Or Giles did a really good job making it sound better). Anyway, it’s fantastic
@@shesarockstudios I think the rest his voice got really helped him recover a bit. In 2018 his voice was unpredictable some great performances but especially towards the end of the tour some very bad, I think him touring so much from 2002-2019 really was starting to catch up to him
@@ДмитрийЗайденберг I just went to his concert. I personally disagree. He gets a little help. But nowhere near as rough as others his age or even as one may expect for about 80. I’d argue he didn’t sound too different from this.
@@profile2047 exactly....! Compared to some of the vocal problems Jon Bon Jovi has recently gone through lately. Paul is 80 years old. Coolest 80 year old I've ever seen!! 😆
Taking care of himself. And keeping at it. He's still writing performing music all the time and he's in good shape. That's what it takes to be good at his age.
Paul is right, playing music every day is what a musician does. I’m glad Paul and Ringo are still so active musically. There will come a time when they too have gone, so it’s nice to have them still contributing to the culture.
I heard this concert from the beer garden of turtle bay across the road from the cavern, didn’t know Paul was on, went out for a cig between courses and heard him singing, went back inside thinking ‘that’s a fucking good cover... and loud for the cavern and why is the street packed?’ Went back to my food but googled who was playing, realised and said to my gf ‘fuck the food Paul Mcartney is playing at the cavern and you can hear it’ she stayed eating but half the restraunt followed me out. Worth the wrath I endured later on 😅
Sir paul is amazing, and he loves touring and playing for his millions of fans around the world !!! He is a rock icon and true legend, and here's to many more years of sir paul and his brilliant music !!!
5TH APRIL 2022 Much later Guys i know but finally visited the Cavern where Paul,John,George and Ringo all stood, I was very emotional to stand at the bar and order three pints of Draught Guinness, it was wonderful. Martin Guy Born Barrow In Furness, now in Nottingham. Long live Paul McCartney pure Genius as we can all see has still got it guys.
It’s a different cavern to be fair. The original was knocked down after the Beatles performed there. They’ve made the current version look like the old one
If this was emotional for us imagine how it must be like for Paul. This was truly a life came full circle moment one can only be so lucky to have in life. If only he could share it with his 3 other brothers.
Paul loves to perform and interact with the audience, and still keeps the flow of the music going! His voice is ageing but that doesn't bother me... ❤✌🏻🎶👋🏻😃🌎
What a great pub; nice people and good live music. Wished I could see Paul here live. I am from Holland. Greetz and thanks for the nice time in Liverpool as well by the match Liverpool-Fulham 4-3. Amazing weekend!
I came to the comments to see if anyone else noticed how good Paul’s vocals are here. I did wonder if they’d been enhanced a little here and there. Not a criticism though. Which ever way they sound great!
I believe that he came to terms with the band break up and the passing of John and George. He wrote and recorded volumes of work. Keep looking in RU-vid. Prolific genius! ❤
Man how cool but to open up with ‘ Twenty flight Rock’ in the venue that is synonymous with The Beatles. I’m going to see McCartney this October in Melbourne and I really would love to see him begin the show with ‘ Magical Mystery Tour’ It’s a much better tune than ‘ Can’t buy me love’
