When I was in a dojo there was more than 3 , I believe JKD can and will be studied without the need of a dojo , and I don't think the Philippino arts do justice to JKD , it's speed is slow , there are systems that fit better such as combat judo , were the throw against starionary object , Tai Mantis , that traps well with the system Bruce Lee used , I use the oblique kick in close , and strike the wrist and back of the hand in disarms against a knife held wrong , I believe that JKD is a system completely understood by some us who watch Bruce Lee's movie's once a year who have real fight knowledge , I don't believe it's being taught in the dojo today , sorry .
