Loved, loved, loved this!!! That was such an awesome, naturally flowing conversation. Definitely was a perfect "fly on the wall listening in on an interesting convo" kind of podcast. Have only seen Paul in about 3 things so far but have been really impressed with his depth of range. Black Bird was a game changer IMO. Him being an all around nice & grounded dude, with interesting stories, a great somewhat dark sense of humor (loved him shitting on Spacey 😂) and quite insightful was just the cherry on top of this delicious sundae of a podcast. Thanks Michael. You really are great at this man and YES you have a great radio voice.
Oh wow! The last couple of minutes of Paul and Michael talking about Farley was absolutely devastating and powerful. What a thoughtful, funny and talented man Paul is. Thank you Michael for this ❤️😭 one of your best xx
I have only seen him in Coba Kai but didn’t really know who he is. But oh my gosh I would love to meet this guy, he is really awesome! Great interview Michael!
This episode was delightful. Paul definitely opened up and he had so many great stories. His view on accountability is interesting. He has such a positive attitude and outlook. Thank you for sharing your Chris Farley story with us. He should definitely be back on the podcast. Best podcast ever!!
Just heard this interview from the podcast, one of the best treats while working, highly recommend this one, if it is the first time to heard "Inside of You", just phenomenal!
59:51 I love this conversation so much. I have STRONG feeling about religious people who won't open their minds and educate themselves about different people and schools of thought. It is really great to hear Paul as a Christian speak so openly about the subject! Eff yeah!
Bravo gentlemen! Mr. Hauser was absolutely fun and engaging. Loved his impressions and insights to the industry but mostly loved that he brought out a new side to Michael. Michael you were completely enjoying yourself, relaxed and Paul seemed to bring out the little kid in you. This was pure fun to watch! Thank you guys! Bravo! Bravo!
I love Paul as an actor but after seeing this I love him even more 😊 he could be my brother 😅 ❤ like he is so livable and I identify so much with his person struggles and those voices trying to knock you down which I truly don't think people can understand how hard that is to deal with unless you experience it personally 😢 he is such a huge inspiration for me as a person trying to break in to the film industry and just knowing someone with such similar struggles made it and is killing it and is so frigging good at their craft! 😊❤🎉love him he's the best!
Unbelievable conversation with PWH. The dude is so well-spoken and is a rational thinker. What a conducter Rosenbaum is. This conversation made me think differently about certain aspects of my life, and more. Hope you all enjoyed it, too.
This interview with PWH is in my top 5 best Rosenbaum interviews that I have seen. And I’ve seen most over the last 3 years. Wow! That ending!! Very moving.
I loved black bird, and mostly because of Paul’s Performance. On another note, I loved Midnight in the garden of good and evil! I watched it so many times years ago, need to rewatch it now for sure!
Paul's moment in Richard Jewell when he hears it is all over and his name is cleared; when he thinks to be strong and fight back the tears but he fails is one of the strongest acting moments I have ever seen in my life. That scene hit me. Everyone knows exactly what that feels like.
@@withershin Yeah, he got all the correct mannerisms and body language points right in that moment. I was expecting everyone to be talking about him after that and I heard nothing.
50:00 I saw Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil back when it came out and I loved it. Just found the clip of Michael's scene and went "oh yeah, he was THAT guy!" He was really good in that scene, even if he did look about twelve. 🙂
Don’t know Paul but find him to be a very engaging man who has definitely learned how to live his life and overcome his demons. This interview was so entertaining and the vibe between the two of you was electric, thank you for a brilliant episode 🤗💖
This was a great interview! Paul is an insanely awesome actor and you guy were talking as if you have been friends for a while. Bummer you have a time limit, would’ve loved to just watch for however long you guys could talk. Love the podcast!!
Dude..I was so into this conversation... So nice of knowing more about this increíble actor míster Paul w hauser.. But at the end.. That Farley impression from Michael.. Spot on
Been a long time viewer and this is by far the best episode. Laugh out loud funny in places (the Clint impression is LEGIT!) but also informative and incredibly moving towards the end. Thanks so much.
Rosey, I was excited yo see this one. I just knew you would love him. Hope to see him return and watch the friendship bloom. Paul always comes off so genuine.
That was great! I was really impressed with both of you. Btw I watched 'Midnight in the garden of good and evil' more than a dozen times and it's one of my favorites. Greetings from Switzerland :)
lol, @1:17 minutes in... having been in college/working in Savannah during the movie shoot... waited on Kevin Spacey twice at 'Home Run Video' (was a video store / comic book shop / magazine shop)... fun times.
First time I saw "I, Tonya" I was blown away by Paul. He was both literally the real dude AND also every guy you've ever known who was a huge poser who actually thinks he's selling it. Loved Paul ever since.
IOU offers us à range of immense possibilities to discover artists we don’t necessary know, this is my case for Paul ❤ and above all to discover the human being which is what you do so well, Michael ! 💘💙💙 Love ♥️ It was a real treat! Thanks to Ryan, too !💗
I can't believe you landed "The STINGRAY"!!! I think it's somewhat comical that you've had a lot of guests talking about God lately. Maybe something, or someone is reaching out to you? I love listening to this show every Tuesday, thank you for doing this Michael. Peace and love to y'all 🤟
I like this to be a little bit like The Actor's Studio and find out where the Performer was born, what their upbrining is like and What training as an Actor they had. I think it would make the Interview more interesting.
