Good to heard about MB with 2 Sn.. As per my viewt if any one covered under ESI Act, The MBA is supersead. It mean no need to follow, Pls share any case law if any one covered under ESI and not eligible for MB , PE is liabilie to Pay MB as leave

Hai sir, My wife had taken maternity leave at that time employer paid Esi's contribution because of that ESI people said that you would not get ESI benefits as of money. Can you pls help to overcome this

What about ESIC Non Implemented area whether they are covered by both Maternity Benefit Act and Employee Compensation act or only Employee Compensation Act.

If it is to be treated as leave with wages , then why to call it maternity benefits, secondly as per act it has to be paid in advance, then how to pay PF Contribution.

Sir I allready applied for maternity benefit but I don't have pf or USN number esic is forcing to get that one but my establishment rejecting to make pf , in this case what I should I do? Is it mandatory to have UAN number to get maternity benefit please give me answer. Thank you

Sir am eligible under ESIC but I have not submitted form 19/20 before 8 weeks before my due date now will I get maternity benefits

Hi sir i applied matarnity leave salary but my company also give every months two or three days salary and put contribution for every month it is possible to get esic salary ah
