@@sakshipatil5155 Sorry but unless I am working as a high level engineer or researcher, I don't need differentiation and integration in real life. In fact you will forget how to solve them if you don't practice for a few months. Moreover the math behind personal finance is simple arithmetic and percentage, it is how to apply them properly in the real world and the understanding of markets and financial instruments available is a little difficult. If these are taught in schools , or atleast in college, it will give quite an advantage in adult life - where we will be able to apply them as soon as we as start earning as compared to learning them from scratch late in adulthood.

Isn't it true that in India the burden of having a job and be a earning member is mostly on men while women have a choice. Isn't it true that in many households of India women are still dependent of men for their financial needs even if the women is earning still her money is in many cases managed by her husband. By knowing finance women would actively participate in money related matters and it will also lessen the burden of being the breadwinner on men.

It's not about who is in front and who is in the back The point is, women in india are not financially independent. Even if she is earning, she needs assistance for investing and handling that money Which shouldn't be the case. This needs to change... A very good initiative taken by paytm.
I have always felt that there should be a separate class for practical life lessons, scrap moral science, I mean, clearly some people will never learn morals even if you jam it down their throats. Wish equality to women ASAP 🙌🏽
There is no inquality for females infact they have more rights and support by government than boys. And this is not equality, equality means equal rules and rights for everyone but our government is promoting a particular gender and they say it's equality.

For me there were 2 different learnings from this video: 1. Let's take our mothers, sisters, friends ahead by giving them equal opportunities to handle Financial Investments, Current Affairs, Budget, etc. 2. For women who already have the opportunity, take the ownership of equality in every aspect including Financial Investments, Current Affairs, Budget, etc.
Common they are actors if not trained, normal people can not give such an expression, explanation, and that too in a specific tone. Business men know how to tweak people's emotions to sell their shit
This entire Social Experiment was, beyond our imaginations. It clearly portrayed the gap between men's and women's even now especially, in the most important foundational principle which's being Financially independent.
This video has touched me greatly, like seriously! I am a young girl and nvr much into finance or money, it's always something I find least interesting to deal with. But this video makes me feel the importance of "ATLEAST KNOWING ECONOMICS", atleast being aware about financial aspects and matters! I will definitely learn about it soooonn :)💕
If those women in the experiment EARN THEIR LIVING THEN THEY SHOULD BE KNOWING their economics. But if they do not earn money then it's fine if something who earns for them CAN DO THESE FINANCIAL THINGS.

I am really thankful to my parents Being a girl...I am more proud of myself now My father is post graduate..still he ask me to make his payments... I do my payments myself.. I earn and do investments myself. I know how to save...I love to see bank details and n.os of my hard earned money. I continously keep saving. I can make food for myself. The line of questioning was loaded on finance and not a true indicator of all the work undertaken by Ladies. It’s very unfair on both genders, it’s a partnership and each partner has special abilities, for example if questions were related to taking care of house or children or managing whole family the result would have been entirely different. Secondly I know so many females with finance degree not only managing her family finance but so many of corporate and other families finance. To say it is an eye opener for ladies is undermining capabilities of women
The questions were like that in the beginning they purposely switched to financial questions to see the difference or gap relating to finance since it's an adv. for paytm,yes it's true that many women knows how to manage finance in the corporate world as well as in their families and i completely agree with u on that but we can't deny to the fact that still their are women who earn but not manage the finance since they are dependent on the male(say Father or Brother),the ad was actually an eye opener to me
The line of questioning was to highlight the level of difference of financial literacy between the two genders and not to highlight the work done by them. How can someone miss the whole bloody point of this campaign? Are you taking your medicines on time?

They selected women who would answer no to the question. I know equal number of men who would answer no to those questions and equal number of women who would answer yes it it. Both based on their economic status and financial freedom, and not based on their sex. They just manipulated the message here.
This might sound rude But i honestly think women don't even take interest in finance cuz they just have men to do it for them For men its a necessity and for women it is a choice P.s i am a ca student so i know everything they were asked but i realized most of my female friends have no interest in learning finance but my male friends take interest in learning abt finance (both from non finace backgrounds)

Yeah so true, my mother clearly shows a disinterest when I talk to her about these matters. She always leaves these matters to my father. Even a lot of Men don't but because it's so important for Men to be Financially well off. How much a Man earns & his nett worth is still extremely important and it will determine if he is going to get married and be able to reproduce. 😄 Albiet it's actually depressing to realize this but Men like me actually make an extra effort to learn the complicated things and this effort leads us to be able to remain those few steps ahead when it comes to financial education. I'm surprised some don't know the breakdown of salary.. anyway, it is high time to involve boys in chores just like girls and educate girls in financial issues as well so both will grow into responsible adults regarding both home and finance. It's so sick to just use the the very old reason to blame for not doing something. These days women earn, however they don't show interest in managing finances. It's not like men corner them, even men need a helping hand, but many women don't take interest in learning finances, making bill payments, investing, etc. All men were not given a training on these subjects, men learnt by trial and error. Some people in that video blamed the gender differences is the reason, that's baffoonism. When they can talk so much about equal right, why don't they put some effort in learning what's needs to taking equal responsibility. Experiment is good Yet some people still blame men for being men. I will assure you that no one in your family and friends will even wish you Happy Men's day on 19th Nov. Asking for equality is not asking for equal share in property or using the tag line to get more likes It's a responsibility but many women don't see it that way.

Actually you are right. The Scandinavian study of gender equality proves it. Scandinavia is arguably the most gender neutral and women empowered area on earth. The studies conducted there show that even if there is a total choice and freedom to choose profession and subjects in academic field, irrespective of genders, men tend to choose fields related to engineering, finance etc, and women choose fields related to human care and interaction like doctors, nurses, assistant, arts, culinary etc. And the world today as we know it is driven by economic engine, that is why men have a higher percentage among world leaders. It is not an issue of gender inequality at all. This proves that we can provide equality in choices but we can't control equality in outcomes, which is being done by pseudo feminists today. Men and women have differences and it's fine and need to accepted.

Yes, i've been to sabji mandi since my childhood. Yes i try to bargain and learn everyday that how i don't get make fool by anyone. Tbh i don't really comment on yt, but it's important for you to know that teaching financial stuffs to everyone is really really important. And females are still lacking behind, and this needs to be talk about.
