Yet again on way home from work pulled for no reason.. tried using excuse of my manner of driving which was false! Then because could not pursue that tried to say he could see one of my tyres looked bald... my tyres were all new less than a month ago so that was another rubbish excuse... blatantly admits he can pull cars at random..
