[PC/MODDED] Challenge Run - Artifical European Extreme 

Rules:
- No Snake/Avatar allowed, Only S-Rank Soldiers allowed
- No special Suits allowed (Sneaking, Battle Dress and Parasite Suits)
- Only Grade 3 Gear allowed
- No weapon customization
- Buddies are banned except for D-Horse
- No Deployment with vehicles
- Pequod Grade 5 is allowed but no rockets, flares and Armor
- S- Rank, Stealth, No Kills
- All Missions except for Mission 0 and 2 (waste of time, also you do 46 which is the first mission)
- POWs must be rescued if the mission has any
Infinite Heaven Settings:
- Soldiers have all kinds of Weapons, Armors and Gear
- Soliders have health, better sight and hearing
- 100% more health
- 50% more sight
- 50% more hearing
- All kinds of Marking, X-Ray etc. is disabled (idroid doesn't show locations either, not even intel enemy spotting)
- Soldiers are always in Caution Mode
- Game Over if Discovered is enabled
- Start Freeroam and Missions on Foot enabled
- Freeroam has no longer Jeeps but every other Armor Vehicle which is RED
- Freeroam also has 4 helis patrolling
