The fourth case, a diffusely diseased small-caliber tortuous LAD, was managed by Tejas Patel and Sanjay Shah. Despite facing struggles at every stage, the operator achieved an excellent result, with Avtandil Babunashvili providing useful comments as the on-site commentator.
