PCOS stimulation for IVF continues to be a huge challenge . There are times when FSH threshold is not broken and in cases of PCOS 3-4 oocytes~(Eggs) are obtained . Why does it happen ? and are there any remedies to improve the stimulation

Dear colleague. Knowing that AMH impeach FSH action on follicules can we applie ovarian drilling in the aim to lower AMH and androgenes and consequently render follicules more receptive to stimulation?

hi i have pcos n my age is 36 i coudnt concieve n i have a son age 7 yr but now have secondry infertility my wait is 75 is thus posible for me to loos wait n get pregnnat? m taking metformin along with other suplemnt 500 mg per day
