Question: (at 13:05) Carter, in citing some of Israel's provisions to the roadmap, quotes as one of them "No reference to the key provisions of UN resolution 242". This is in conflict with Wikipedia, which states: "10. No references other than the key provisions of United Nations Security Council resolutions 242 and 338". I'm having a hard time finding the official text -- could anybody offer a clarification with a citation? Ok - it looks like this is official? "The removal of references other than 242 and 338 (1397, the Saudi Initiative and the Arab Initiative adopted in Beirut). A settlement based upon the Roadmap will be an autonomous settlement that derives its validity therefrom. The only possible reference should be to Resolutions 242 and 338, and then only as an outline for the conduct of future negotiations on a permanent settlement. " Fairly murky and provisional - but curious to know if Carter simply misquoted. If so, this is (at least historically) non-trivial.
