Crust :
4 1/2 cups all purpose
flour =22.68
4 Tbsp. sugar = 2.50
1 tsp. salt = 0.25
1/2 cup cold margarine= 20.00
/butter / shortening
2 eggyolks = 14.00
1 cup water = 0.25
cooking oil =20.00
( for deep frying)
Glaze:
2 tsp. cornstarch + 1/4 =0.50
cup water
TOTAL INGREDIENTS = 284.56
