Peak Design Everyday Sling: Setup + Tips 

It’s 2024 and I’m in search of new bags, so I stumbled on this video. I really like the bags, but I like the presenter more. She is so nerdy about bags, I love it!

From Japan. Thanks to your warm consideration, I received my new Everyday Sling bag. I am amazed at how wonderfully it has evolved. I wanted to know what the new suggestions were, so I watched the video. It is fun and entertaining and I am laughing so hard. I wholeheartedly support your staff. Thank you!

In case anyone is wondering, the 3L fits a FujiFilm X100V (with the vented lens shade attached) very nicely. The divider/shelf holds both conversion lenses,

Listening to Zona is like listening to a good friend nerd out on her latest purchase. In both cases, I simultaneously listen while ordering the thing. My 15L zip backpack hasn’t even arrived yet and I’m already adding this 6L to my “want to purchase“ list.

I love this review cause it covers all the 3 bag sizes and not only shows the storage of photography equipment but also the everyday things for those of us that ain't photographers. I am mainly aiming to purchase this bag for my travels.

Thank you, I got the 3L and I just realised how to propoerly use the divider and found out that I can carry not just 1 but 2 extra lenses on top of my camera and its mounted lens. The bag is great !

I'm just thankful that you are making all these great products - you guys just seem to get what photographers want and need more than other companies. Also I really like the metal parts on your stuff, it just feels better and more durable than plastics. Gonna get the 3L for sure (and probably a Capture Clip) :)

Really helpful helping me choose the correct size for my needs (6L). And yes. Ordered that right away!

A quick note, I just got my 10L sling and it fits my 14" MacBook Pro. It's a SUPER roomy bag.

I bought 3 peak design bags. I love how as soon as you put your hands on it you know it's designed with great attention to detail. This bags give me the same felling as playing with Transformers as a kid.

This looks pretty handy. I don’t enjoy the capture clip on my belt but I can see using it with this bag.

I just got my 10L, which I ordered specifically for the Sony 200-600 mm lens. The lens is a monster (huge), but fits perfectly in the 10L. While there is room at the top for a body, I normally carry that in an everyday backpack or externally using the clip. There is room in the bag for a couple of tele extenders, filters and more. Under the bag using the straps I can store a portable camouflage tent blind. The main use of this bag is to protect the big lens whether out on the road on on my shelf at home. Because there is room for the super large filters required by this beast of a lens, using the bag also for storage of everything related to his lens is ideal, as everything I need for this lens is kept together in one go-bag.

Thanks for the review! One thing i want to point out is that 11:30 does not work the way you'd expect it to. The umbrella falls out constantly in my experience.

Great review of the 3 sling sizes! I purchased the 6L in late for Nov for my trip back to UK and also Portugal mainly due to Zona's review. It was perfect for me Canon 5D with 24-105mm lens.

I found that i can pass one zipper head across the ring of the other zipper and that makes really really secure the bag, something specially important in the place where I live...

Zona is almost as crazy as I am. I've played this clip 3 times now and still cannot decide which bag will be the one I'll order (6 or 10l). I'm also looking at the backpacks as replacement for my old Lowepro Protactic bags I use today for transporting my gear. Looks like I have to watch a lot more clips to decide on what I want and need.

She is the BEST Sales person for Peak Design. My only problem with this bag is I had the first bag And I had my Sony camera and lens attached and my bag accidentally fell on the floor but it didn’t fall hi Fell low to the floor so I didn’t think any big deal until I went on a photo shoot and I went to open my back and the lens was broken on to my Sony A7 III. The bag really doesn’t have that much cushion in case the bag should fall like mind did. Thank God I’ve had a warranty on my camera and on the lens I got it fixed but I would never use that bag again. But I have all of your other bags which are excellent. Keep up the great work. But put some extra padding in case of falls in or you put the camera down a little hard you can’t do it with that back. And please give her a raise she is so funny. My next purchase will be the tripod. You rock.

Great vid! I really like your stuff but I still don't get why you dropped the charcoal color option for so many products. All my v1 items like the backpack, the field pouch, the range pouch, the messenger bag etc. are in charcoal. For me this color has always been THE Peak Design Color. Sadly it's gone now for most product lines. Would really love to have it back for upcoming releases. Cheers from Germany! ✌️

I have an OM-D E-M1 with mounted 12-40mm Pro lens in the 3L Sling. I use the divider to stack a 60mm macro and 45mm portrait lens. Top compartment stores the hooks for tripod and DP Leash. Front pouch has Wireless Go microphones.

Nice fun video keep it up But I have one question that I like to ask to Peak design team why is it from 6L to 3L sling bag can only be place on one side of the shoulder other or both side of shoulder because one side of your should is carrying the weight then the other or other people like to carry on the other side of their shoulder???

Just bought the 6L. wish it fit the 12.9 iPad. The 10L is too bulky and would assume it gets hella heavy. Bought the v2 backpack for longer trips though. Best of both worlds.

I got the 3 litre and can just squeeze in my ZVE1 with 16-35 Sony Zeiss lens, my Tamron 28-75 zoom and my Sony 24mm but it is a tight fit.

Hello guys I had the 10 liter V1 absolutely loved it but the zipper broke and peak design replaced it with the V2 great service and very much appreciated . But ho my god how I miss the V1 it was easier to get in and out my equipment and had more space and two dévider in the outside pouch and the two straps easier to use .

Zona, I hate(*) you for the sound you make, when attaching the external carry straps. I bought the 6 liter after watching this (I love it) and each time I attach these I hear this sound in my mind. Viral marketing at its best. (*) No, I don't hate you really.
