@@rehab.hosnyzaky8404 you could, but then it won't be Keto... i use golden monk fruit sweetener to keep the carbs low, It costs more but it's worth it (for me)
The list says 1/2 cup coconut sugar but you say 1/3 in the video and no mention of coconut oil but it’s listed in the ingredients. Can you clear this up for me? I plan on baking these today. Thank you.
Good morning I love everything you do and put a very important post for you in the comment section that I hope you can read. I meant to put it on your post but I just started rambling. God-bless you..
HINT (I use all the time) When you get your Natural Peanut Butter home, turn it upside down on the kitchen counter - BEFORE you ever open it - for 2-3 days. It perfectly "stirs" itself.
Oh my goodness... THESE WERE AMAZING!!! Everyone was complimenting me on my peanut butter cookies! I made them for Easter, using a cross cookie cutter and giving wood details using my fork, then dipped them at a an angle into chocolate so it looked like the cross had risen out of the grave! So fitting, hehe. I have deemed them my "He is risen, Peanut butter Cookies". These cookies are truly THE BEST! I used crunchy all-natural peanut butter, which turned out to be perfect. This recipe is a keeper!! Thank you!
OMG, I love your channel. Absolutely making these tonight. Coconut sugar has a magical smell and taste that can't be matched, plus it doesn't raise your blood sugar like other sugars do.
I made these, but made them vegan by using a flax egg instead of a real egg. And brown sugar, cause I didn’t have coconut sugar on hand. I added 1 tsp of cinnamon too. They came out great! To make them fun and festive, I spread a thin layer of the vegan chocolate on top instead of dipping them, and added crushed candy canes on the chocolate to half the batch, and Christmas sprinkles to the others. Might defeat the purpose of keeping them as healthy as possible, but my family loved them. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Ok- these are heaven! I’ve been making a double batch each week now with slight modifications. I don’t consume any sugars so I use 100% monkfruit for these and 100% unsweetened cacao baker’s chocolate, with just a tiny dash of cinnamon.
For those who have family members that are allergic to peanut butter, try using roasted sunflower seed butter instead. No joke, it tastes just like peanut butter!
Gracias Teresita y Santiago de Tampa Fl soy nueva y la encontré hoy encantada con sus recetas. Muchas gracias por enseñarnos tendrá siempre manita arriba se lo merece
This is THE peanut butter cookie recipe I've been hoping for...I had bought 3-4 bags of coconut sugar a year ago to try, but found I didn't like it in my latte, and decided to just throw out. And I have 7 jars of organic peanut butter whose best before dates were all 10 MONTHS ago! Now, I can keep and use both and pig out on peanut butter cookies for months to come! You're a money saver Dani, thanks a MILLION!💖
Definitely adding peanut butter to my shopping list. Can't wait to make these yummy cookies. Love your recipes and do share them. Your Stawberry-Spinach Salad and Roasted Shrimp and Green Beans are two of my favorites.
Made these cookies today and oh my God I absolutely love them Not very sweet but not bitter either. I used the monk fruit and I added a half a teaspoon of molasses and I dipped them in the lilies dark chocolate 55% cocoa. I wanted to eat the whole batch ❤️🤣
Hi Dani! Awesome recipe! Could you clear up the discrepancies in the video, and the ingredients listed. I’m assuming 1/3 cup of coconut sugar is correct, since that’s what you used in the video. Did you use the coconut oil in the melted chocolate?
Hi Dani watching at the gym. I am always looking for yummy recipes that are flour free. I have to try your recipe for my family. It looks like a great healthy snack. Thank you for sharing. 🙏 🤍👍✨
My kind of recipe. This will go in my recipe box, I can already tell. Going to try monk fruit sugar to experiment because I already know coconut is delicious.
I'm going to try these with the organic date syrup for sweetener and maybe use half date syrup half unsweetened pineapple juice for sweetener... trying to avoid using sugar and substitutes... thank you so much for another great recipe and video! Merry Christmas to you and your sweet family!
Hi Dani! This recipe looks very similar to a 3 ingredient peanut butter cookie except you used all natural peanut butter and coconut sugar in your recipe! You also used a chocolate dip. Looks really delicious 👍👍👍😀😀😀😍😍😍! I think I’ll try it! Thank you for sharing!
Hi Dani 😊 Awesome on coconut sugar. I've never heard of that! I have boughten that peanut butter before. I was so surprised when I opened the lid! This recipe is wonderful. I wish I had one to eat right now!! Thank you, and I've been sharing your recipes! Cheers, dear 🤗
