I have pretty much loved every series you guys have made so far and this is no different. It's the kind of video I'd love to watch having some tea by the fire on a cold winter night. Intimate and cozy. Totally love it! Keep up the great work please! Much love from Canada.

Totally hilarious. Everybody complaining about the camera angles and different style - it just fits this type of show perfectly. The delivery of the lines, the music in the background, the cutesy comments, the direction of the video...everything perfect for a nice cozy little holiday show about the gift of giving. "Food Gifts." Brilliant.

I think my brother would love this. He eats peanutbutter by the jar xD. And damn that shot of the fudge being poured, golden, lads, golden. Also, I like this set up, feels a bit more...intimate and cozy than your other videos. Not that I'm advocating you guys switch, but it's nice to see that you're brancing out into different ways of presenting your recipes. Keeps it interesting! ;)

What a great series, I always do something foodie as a gift for certain people in my family. I've made truffles and cakes in the past, but never fudge. This year I'm doing a food hamper for my mother in law and this'll be the first thing to go in! Thanks Sorted, you never fail to impress me.

Looks delicious. I grew up eating peanut butter, and I still love it. I am going to make this recipe for Christmas, instead of my regular chocolate fudge with pecans, and share it with my family, maybe give some as gifts. I always want fudge at Christmas time. I just made a peanut butter batch and I'm trying Nutella instead right now. It's actually really good and extremely sweet. I would recommend sifting the icing sugar beforehand so it can mix easier because I had a lot of clumps and to make sure to boil the extra 2:00 so it will set.

For fellow allergenics, some sunflower seed butter makes a GREAT substitute. Great video guys, I'll be trying this recipe out for 1 of the 12 days of Christmas (desserts) I'm doing this year :)

Both, I'd say. It melts in your mouth, but it's also chewy.

I made them and they were awesome! A friend of mine stole the entire baking tin, i couldn't even wrap them in a nice package... Anyway despite having the sweetest tooth i found them a bit too sweet... The peanut butter is lovely!

You should try Divinity Fudge! A wonderful meringue based fudge that has pecans mixed in and is usually just plopped in dollops on a parchment lined sheet to cool. Melts in your mouth like a dream. Wish RU-vid would allow me to post the recipe. Great job on the PB fudge.
