Love the insane amount of baileys here! I also love watching cooking shows from the past and noticing how the cast and crew becomes masterful at mixing the audio. It really shows the progress you've made and the degree of care you put into the final videos :)
I love this channel! I used to live in UK, not UK resident though, but moved to Aussie recently and I watch this channel whenever I miss UK, food, accent, everything! keep up the good work! x
Hey, just wanted to let you guys know that I made this for my family for Mother's Day and both my mom and my grandma loved it as much as I did! Thank you a million for the wonderful recipe and I am hoping to make more of it soon~
LOL!! I love the way that Jamie crushed up the maltesers with the "back" of the knife! ;) OMG! This looks to die for. Love Baileys. I once drank a 1L bottle of it .. but that's another story :D
I just realised- if you still wanted the marbling effect, maybe you could add some white chocolate into the finished cheesecake mixture and create the marbling effect that way! Maybe use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate in that case.
I don't know what's more cheeky - the cheesecake or the boys! Between Ben and his stockings and Jamie and his... well, his being himself... I was laughing out loud at this one. The look on Jamie's face when he splatted the camera guy with the cream cheese mix was hilarious. Happy holidays lads, thanks for the smiles and the good eats!
Can you make a video demonstrating how and when to whisk, beat, fold etc as well as explaining hard peaks, when is it fluffy etc.. That'd be really helpful. I love watching your videos. Going to try some when I get home :)
Whoa ! I tried the recipe for our xmas party and everyone loved it. Its way better than a baked cheesecake . We don't have maltesers in America , so had to use 'Whoppers'...mmm yummy! Thank you so much guys!
i have made this twice already (christmas and new years) and ive found out that it tastes better if you use half of milk chocolate and half of dark chocolate in the recipe
You might have used too much butter.... also, this cheesecake is better slightly warmer than fridge temperature so allow it to warm up a little before trying to cut it and that will also help.
Sorted We have this filipino food that we really love its called "Turon" it is a banana wrapped with something then you fry it. You can search it on the internet lol
You could make a series where you need to make a recipe you never did before and try to add your own touch out of the blue. It would be really fun, and it can also result in tasty inventions :D
This looks absolutely splendid but I think I speak for many when I say I'm really looking forward to some healthier recipes after the holiday season. (quick ones that can be made with simple ingredients for Uni students) Thanks Sorted! :)
