• Ingredients: #peanuts pastry
All-purpose flour 150 grams 0:35,
Powdered milk 30 grams 0:42,
Cooking oil 30 grams 0:53,
Hot water 80 grams(about 90 degrees) 0:57,
The above ingredients are for oil dough.
All-purpose flour 150 grams 1:33,
Cooking oil 70 grams 1:33,
The above ingredients are for pastry dough.
Peanuts 250 grams(bake it with upper heat and bottom heat 160 degrees till the surface slightly cracks) 2:02,
Egg one,2:44,
White granular sugar 60 grams 2:51,
Cooking oil 50 grams,2:58,
Baking soda 1 gram 3:16,
Baking powder 1 gram 3:21,
Cooked flour 80 grams 3:40,
Caster sugar proper amount 7:00,
• Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 160 degrees. Bake it for 18-20 mins in middle of oven. To bake white surface pastry, we need to check the color carefully.
• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。

重量是最准确的称量方法 也很方便 买称绝对不后悔, 北美的烘焙业也逐渐开始用metric system了
