I have had the Pedal Commander for years and enjoy what it does, but it does not add any horsepower, it simply changes the setting for your throttle input. I do agree on one thing, it makes driving the Slingshot a lot more fun!

Nothing better than adding performance mods. This is where it starts. Then you want to add an exhaust. Then a turbo/supercharger. Before you know it, you are faster than most things on the road. The most important thing is that it makes you happy. Just be safe with your girl in the car. Nice addition.

I do have a question bro. When you install the pedal commander... does it override the modes that come with the slingshot itself? Like does it matter if you're in regular or sling mode once it's installed? It's hard to describe what I'm saying. Like will sling mode make the sport and sport + modes even crazier or does the pedal commander just make the onboard modes with the slingshot obsolete?
Comfort softens and slows the gear shifting and shifts at lower revs, while Slingshot makes shifts sharper and higher in the rev range. I prefer to use confront mode with a higher pedal setting.. It's too jerky for me (shifting) with Sling mode enable and the pedal commander anything higher ten Sport mode

Bro, I just received my pedal commander. I accidentally popped off the accelerator plug from the accelerator instead of pulling it from the top. I can’t get this plug back in to make it accelerate. Any recommendations??
I got a 2019 sl I do wish we could get more traction. Anyone know the best tire to get to take off vs spinning. My rear is AA rated but spins like crazy.
